Fantastic Experience Dave Olguun took very good care of me at my recent service appointment at Wilde Toyota! I had purchased a Toyota Tacoma from Wilde about a year ago. Dave Olguun took very good care of me at my recent service appointment at Wilde Toyota! I had purchased a Toyota Tacoma from Wilde about a year ago. When I took the truck in for service I was pleasantly surprised to find Dave Olguin behind the service desk! I had purchased a vehicle from Dave at another dealership about 15 years ago. The pleasant experience dealing with him stuck with me all these years. Dave’s caring, low key manor in dealing with customers, is just what I look for when dealing with complex things like vehicles. Dave takes ownership of his customers, and does all he can to make sure that they understand what needs to be done and why. I would recommend Dave as the guy to trust when you need answers to your Toyota repair issues!! More
Do NOT go to Wilde Toyota for service They wanted $360.00 to fix a part took it else where to be fixed because the dealership was to busy, got it fixed at Tires Plus, warning lights came b They wanted $360.00 to fix a part took it else where to be fixed because the dealership was to busy, got it fixed at Tires Plus, warning lights came back on, took it back to Tires Plus they checked it out only to find out the dealer lied it was a warranty part that was broke, not the part they told me was broke. Called Wilde and at first no one would return my calls, not a manager, no one, finally got ahold of the service rep and he agreed they made a mistake but to bad you are out the money. I felt like being a women a alone they take advantage of you and tell you something is broken to make some money off of you, it was a warranty part that only the dealer carries why did they tell me it was $360.00 part?? Be careful they are not a honest company , take your Toyota else where. More

Warranty work Too bad I can’t give a rating of zero stars!! I’ve tied for more than a month to have my rear window defogger fixed, which is under warranty. Wilde Toyota keeps saying that they need to have a certain technician from Toyota to look at and that he will be in next week. It’s been more than four weeks and still no resolution and nobody to look at it. Wilde Toyota never calls me with an update, I always have to chase them down for information and get the same answer - next week. Please don’t waste your time with an organization like this, it’s not worth the frustration. To add further insult I bought the car and extended warranty from them and they don’t want to honor the warrnty. I guess that’s why it’s called a it a “stealership”. More

I believe John put in a good deal of extra effort behind the scenes to get the job done on my behalf the way it should have been which made for a very pleasant event. Buyer Beware!!! Worst Customer Service Ever!!! BUYER BEWARE!! I purchased a Toyota Sienna from Wilde back in 2012. During the purchase of this vehicle I was sold an extended vehicle warranty for $1 BUYER BEWARE!! I purchased a Toyota Sienna from Wilde back in 2012. During the purchase of this vehicle I was sold an extended vehicle warranty for $1500 that I was told would cover my newly installed DVD players for 7 years or 70000 miles. After 6 years we started having issues with them not working. When I brought my vehicle in to be serviced, I was informed that my warranty would not cover them. When I questioned why, multiple Wilde employees informed me that the salesman that sold me the warranty must not have known how it worked and that this warranty would not cover my DVD players. After everyone that I reached out to for help at Wilde told me they could not help me any further I called the general manager for the dealership Joe Zanella. After a long conversation with him explaining my situation he basically blew me off saying that we was sorry that I was misled, but that he would do nothing for me. He informed me that even though his employee gave me bad information, it was basically my fault for trusting him and the information he provided. Needless to say I will not be returning with any of my business to this dealership in the future. Customer service does not seem to be a priority here, but taking other people’s money under false pretenses is. More
