When I needed many items serviced recently, Phillip, the Wilde service person, did not press me to get the work done. I said I needed time to think about it. When I returned to have the work done the next week, I was pleased that all the estimated items could be done in one day. In fact, the work was done earlier than I had expected. My RAV4 runs beautifully. Wilde has some amazing employees. Phillip and the employees who serviced my car exceeded my expectations! More

Buying the car, I had the thrill of working with TW. He listened to me, my needs & my budget & didn't push something beyond my means. I just had warranty service done - and while I'm completely happy with the outcome, I do have a customer SERVICE issue. I was there for 6 hours. 6. Hours. I was talked to once in that time frame. (It may have been twice, but I don't think so). 6. hours. I left exhausted, sore, hungry. I have a suggestion. And, no, I don't know the logistics/costs, but I think it would improve you even more. A customer advocate. Someone who is tracking the customers time, and yeah, comfort. Someone who notes when someone starts, monitors time there. at 2 hours just checks in. If someone perhaps missed breakfast because they've been there 2-3 hours ...offers something other than vending. Someone who sees it's now been 4 hours....and offers the courtesy shuttle to take them somewhere, anywhere, a lunch spot! A freaking place to sit outside...yeah and smoke. I could go on, but you get the gist. I'm VERY happy with Wilde. Have recommended both sales & service to friends. But 6 hours was inhumane. More
They did a tire rotation, which is a service that I get for purchasing my tires with them. My service associate was friendly and efficient. She even got my car washed.
