David Olguin is the best, honest and friendly service manager at Wilde Toyota. He explained everything to me and was not trying to charge me for any unnecessary services. He explained that I didn't nee manager at Wilde Toyota. He explained everything to me and was not trying to charge me for any unnecessary services. He explained that I didn't need the oil change because my maintenance light came on and I could wait till the 10,000 miles for the oil change. His honesty won me over and I will definitely call to make sure he is working before I go back for any service. Wilde Toyota managers you should have him train all your service managers! I did not need that $60 oil change today, but I trust him to come back for the Coolant Flush and Transmission Flush when my miles reach 90,000. Thank you David Olguin! More
BUYER BEWARE: Several weeks ago WILDE TOYOTA failed to refill the oil in my car during a routine oil change. It wasn't discovered until I was half way home and it was too late. They were initially respons refill the oil in my car during a routine oil change. It wasn't discovered until I was half way home and it was too late. They were initially responsive and drove someone out to fill it up with oil, confirming it was bone dry. Every mechanic I've spoken to guaranteed irreversible damage was caused, it's common sense. What's mind blowing is how WILDE TOYOTA is not doing anything to resolve it. They are only trying to dismiss it and not even willing to do a proper inspection. It's not an old beater car either, being valued at nearly $40k. Management keeps underplaying the severity of the situation and continuously evading the matter too. Their General Manager Joe Zanella refuses to acknowledge me despite repetitive documented outreach. They clearly do not care about their customers or intend on fixing their negligent mistakes. I believe I've been completely reasonable with them throughout the ordeal too, I just want peace of mind knowing the engine isn't going to seize while my wife is driving it.... god forbid she gets hurt! Overall it's shameful how they are treating me. Especially disappointing considering I'm a long term customer who had literally just ordered a new truck from them! So as of now we have a ticking time bomb of an engine and a new found disgust for WILDE TOYOTA'S dishonesty and betray. For obvious reasons, I strongly recommend NOT having any service work done by Wilde Toyota in West Allis. Stay far away from them. More

I had my car in for routine winter check-up....a service man by the name of Michael Daley offered to help me. I am a senior woman who does not understand the mechanics of a car at all. This is what this country needs more of. Have been dealing with Wilde Toyota for years, but this trip was exceptional. Congrats to the dealership for having a superior individual in their service department, and thank you Mr. Daley. Judith Bellanti More
David Olguin provided excellent customer service. I appreciate him handling the issues I came in with with my car, and didn't try to upsell me on unnecessary services to my vehicle. My wife and I own two Toyota Camrys, one 1999 and one 2009, both purchased new at Wilde Toyota. We have never had any service work done other than Wilde Toyota in West Allis, except for one oil change i 2009, both purchased new at Wilde Toyota. We have never had any service work done other than Wilde Toyota in West Allis, except for one oil change in Montana on a trip. More often than not recently I have seen David Olguin. I would give him 6 stars if one more was available. He is knowledgeable, professional, efficient, and courteous. He has always explained what needed to be done and why, how long it would take, and how much it would likely cost. He answers questions readily and completely. He is a very fine representative for Wilde Toyota. More
They seems very good, professional and helpful when you go to buy a car but when it is time for service they are very poor. I bought the car from them and moved to new state and when I call them for servic go to buy a car but when it is time for service they are very poor. Been coming to Wilde for a long time. Today I had a scheduled appointment for an oil change. Upon arrival I was told it would be 2 to three hours!! Why make an appointment!? No explanation. Not my fir scheduled appointment for an oil change. Upon arrival I was told it would be 2 to three hours!! Why make an appointment!? No explanation. Not my first bad experience..... had a water pump replaced in March. During the replacement the tech punched a hole in the radiator! That added about 4 hours to the job. When I got home with the truck most of my coolant was gone. Tech forgot to re connect return heater hose! I know xxxx happens but...... especially today.....3 hr wait on an oil change that I had an advance appointment for!!! C'mon! So today August 24th I finally get in for my routine oil change and tire rotation. Beware be very aware 16 year old high school students working part-time are working on my $55,000 Tundra! Here's the result... I get the truck back inspection reveals the tires which were supposed to be rotated weren't! I can tell right away as the left front tire has a different color valve cap. It was still there. 3 of the 5 bolts holding the skid plate on were missing... the skid plate has to come off to access the oil filter. The 27-point maintenance check shows the following.... brake pads 7 mm... last time according to my sheet they were 4 mm...looks like I have self growing brake pads. Air filter needs replacement.... they never looked as there's a small piece of tape holding one of the clamps down and it was still there. Windshield fluid topped off. There's only an inch in the reservoir! How can they run a business like this ....I spoke to management they immediately took the truck back and took care of it saying they're going to have to talk to the JUVENILE that worked on my truck. You would think they would supervise these kids but apparently not. Needless to say I've had it with Wilde Toyota I won't be back! I feel sorry for the people especially the elderly who are basically clueless about cars and drive out of Wildes lot not knowing what exactly some kid did to their vehicle Mr. Haney handled the situation professionally but I felt he was embarrassed. I no longer have confidence in your service department. I'll be hard pressed to return. Greg T Erdman More
