While The cost of the key itself was more expensive than I thought it would be, due to the fact that there was a computer chip that needed to be programmed in the key, the service was excellent! My family has worked with David before and are always happen when we're able to work with him again. More

My last visit was for simple routine maintenance (oil change and tire rotation) on my 07 Tundra I mistakenly purchased from them. The service department only put back on one lug nut to hold on my front passenger wheel. About a mile from home my front end starting shaking and drifting so uncontrollably I had to use my hazards and do 20mph the rest of the way home. This easily avoidable incident could've caused serious injuries. This review is only the tip of the iceberg. I could literally write a 10 page report on the horrible experiences my family and I have had with Wild. Look on their face book page and you will discover an abundance of bad reviews. Not sure how they stay in business. If you value good service, and safety, please avoid going here for anything. More

I can say that I gave going to them for regular check-ups and maintenance a shot, but I will never be going through the trouble of driving to their West Allis location again. I live in MKE proper, so it is a hike, and for lackluster service. Lets put it this way - you schedule an APPOINTMENT to maximize the efficiency of your time, right? Well, not at Wilde. You schedule a time slot for an "express lube" and tire rotation and it takes 2 hours and 45 minutes. You get to sit in a dingy waiting room filled with pissed off looking employees and customers, while listening to shrieking children and plastic surgery infomercials. A special kind of xxxx. Kiss your valuable time goodbye or just go to Scrub-A-Dub and have it done in 20 minutes. Either way, you get a complimentary car wash. I also pointed out (ahead of time) on no less than two occasions to them that my right-rear tire was losing pressure, and had been doing so since the night I got the car (I had turned around before I even left their lot to have it filled.). It was not my fault and I expected it to be fixed on them. It had been needing air once every week and a half or so, and through process of elimination and use of a tire gauge, I determined the source. I expressed to them that I felt this was their responsibility since the car was having the problem before I even had the keys handed to me. But this is a big dealership, high volume we're talking about here, so you know where this is going... dodged responsibility. I paid the $35 to have the small hole in the tire repaired. They didn't even acknowledge that I called them out on it twice. Would I normally fuss over a small fee? No, not if it was my fault. But it wasn't, and a moral compass comes into play. I get the sense that you aren't getting much with your warranties with them, I'm sure they'd find a way out of incurring any costs on repairs. I might buy a car here if I had to, but I'll stick to having my trusted and fair mechanic do work on my car even if it means voiding a "warranty." More
Thank You Joe Pappalardo Brought in our recently purchased '11 Corolla for service. Over the weekend we were unable to get the headlights to shut off due to a faulty computer panel. I called Joe Pappalardo first thing on Monday morning and was able to get it in for service that day. In the past three years, we have purchased three vehicles from Wilde Toyota, and from day one, the service department has been absolutely outstanding. We have dealt with Joe numerous times and as always, he delivered fantastic customer service. Because the new electrical panel had to be ordered and the service department needed to keep the car overnight, Joe graciously provided a rental vehicle to us free of charge. Within minutes, a rep from Enterprise was at the dealership with the rental. As promised, the work on our car was complete by early the next morning, and I was able to pick it up before 9:00. Joe was a pleasure to work with - he answered my many questions patiently and truly went out of his way to make sure I had everything I needed and was very well taken care of. Thanks Joe for the great service! More
just great as a new owner of a 2000 toyota corolla with its well known oil burning and leaking issues, coming to this dealership regularly was a thing for me lol as a new owner of a 2000 toyota corolla with its well known oil burning and leaking issues, coming to this dealership regularly was a thing for me lol. I believe it was John Milczarski that first approached me when i came into the dealer for the first time last year. He was always informative and thorough with the questions i asked and very professional. I was always psyched about coming to this service drive, drinking that delicious coffee, and driving out of the place with a fresh oil change in no more than 45 minutes. Once i was ready to put down a wad of cash to fix engine leaks, I made an appointment online and later spoke with Charles Brockmeyer about what i needed done, which was basically, degrease engine and replace seals and gaskets until the engine looked brand new. The job was done within 24 hours and the engine even smells brand new, sounds more compacted, overall the mechanics did a great job and I am completely satisfied, no leaks :)... I was just able to pay for it thanks to Mike Greco for allowing a small discount. The Rolla still burns oil but thats the piston rings, which ill get to that myself eventually. But thank you all at Toyota for being like the best dealer in town. oh and your on hwy 100, which makes it better ;) More

From a service standpoint, Chuck did everything to the letter.and exceeded my expectations (after a being extremely dissatisfied with other parties at the dealership from a poor follow up to the car purch letter.and exceeded my expectations (after a being extremely dissatisfied with other parties at the dealership from a poor follow up to the car purchase).
