My salesman Tommy Haynes made sure he had the correct fit for me and was very comfortable to do business with. In the end I had the perfect car for my needs, a great SUV with low miles and a payment which I could manage. Great job Tommy!! The dogs luv it! Plus I have room for my large family and their gear. Let's not forget the manager, who went above and beyond to help me get a great trade in price...thank you sir, I don't know his name, but he deserves a raise, although all these guys do! Go with Dan and Ian if you like the hard sell. I had a lease coming due and I needed a new car. I should have walked out. I was talked down for hours to told the prices of everything are higher than what lease coming due and I needed a new car. I should have walked out. I was talked down for hours to told the prices of everything are higher than what I read online or at other dealers. My credit was far worse than the last time I purchased a lease for some reason and I couldn't get the same rate. After about 3 hours of exhaustion producing bank statements, pay slips and utility bills I got to finance. I wasn't done yet. Gap insurance, extra mileage coverage and theft protection, I needed these because of my credit. Somewhere after the 5 hour mark I left with the car I needed with a payment that was nearly two times my last lease. Please don't make the the mistake I did. We have had great luck with other sales associates but finance is always a gauntlet of surprises, scams and add-ons. Read the reviews of other of people who are in finance if you don't believe me. It's all true. More
