The dealership was very welcoming from the moment we stepped out of our car. A sales associate greeted us outside and pointed us in the direction we needed to go. We were welcomed upon entering the sales floor and guided to the main desk, from there our sales associate was informed of our arrival and the car buying experience began. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The whole car buying process was super easy. Our sales associate was James “Jimmy G” Gesselle. Jim was great. He’s been in the car industry for awhile and it shows in how knowledgeable he is about Toyota vehicles. He gave us 5 star service throughout the whole process. He kept us updated on the status of our vehicle and everything in order on delivery day so we could get in and out quickly. I highly recommend Jim to help you buy your next vehicle. More
