One of the worst parts of leasing a new car for me is having to go through the final paperwork with the Finance Department. Steve, my Finance Manager, had all the required documentation set up ahead of having to go through the final paperwork with the Finance Department. Steve, my Finance Manager, had all the required documentation set up ahead of time and made the financial review process extremely efficient and actually enjoyable. I told him that I'd give him a 10 on a scale of 1-5. Ian, my Sales Manager, was very thorough in providing me options for getting me the best price on a new leased vehicle. I came in thinking that I might want to finally buy out my existing lease, because my 2018 was in EXCELLENT condition with only 17,000 miles. Ian gave me the options for the buy-out, but he also searched hard for rebates and incentives that made the new lease deal too attractive to pass up. Finally, my last "person of praise" is Jim the Sauce. Jim has been my go-to sales guy for several vehicles. He's really the face of the dealership for me. He always is patient and resourceful in addressing my concerns and needs. He never loses his cool, no matter what I demand. I really appreciate his continuing efforts to make he happy. Thanks!
