While spending 6 hours buying and financing a truck, John informed us they do a 123 point inspection. Because it's used, we were concerned there might be issues. However John once again informed us that we n informed us they do a 123 point inspection. Because it's used, we were concerned there might be issues. However John once again informed us that we not only had to pick up the truck in 24 hours but their 123 point inspection would catch any issues. Well, once hubby drove it off the lot, I noticed the brake light was burnt-out and the fog light was burnt-out during the test drive. So add another hour of sitting waiting for the repair. John's response was, "well, it happens". I was also informed, that should have been checked during their 123 point inspection .
