I came into the dealership looking for a good truck for a good price. The salesman Dan prepared great deals on leases for both a Tacoma as well as a Matrix, but in the end I felt that a lease wasn't the rig good price. Though Dan works in the new trucks department, he still bent over backwards to find a great deal on a used truck for me. A year later, the Ford Expedition that I bought from Wilde is running great. I'd recommend Wilde to anyone looking for a good deal, and I'd recommend their sales guy Dan to anyone looking for a car salesman who will help you find the right vehicle for you. More

Hello!! Well, all I have to say is Wilde Toyota has alway exceeded my expectations of what purchasing an automobile should be. I have purchased 4 trucks/SUV's here, and each and every time has been very plea exceeded my expectations of what purchasing an automobile should be. I have purchased 4 trucks/SUV's here, and each and every time has been very pleasant. First off, no pressure to buy, which is very typical at car dealerships. The staff has always been courteous, knowledgeable, and willing to "go that extra mile" to satisfy the customer. The deals have always gone fairly quickly, and if there was a hitch, it was dealt with promptly. As far as pricing goes, I was always able to get the best deal here at Wilde. I've gone to the other area Toyota dealerships and compared prices, and Wilde always either met or beat the others in the final sales price. I guess the only gripe I have is that sometimes I felt that the trade-in value was often lower than what it should be (going off KBB values). This has happened a couple of times; however, other times I got an even greater trade-in value than expected!! I also love the fact that there is a large inventory to browse through; it is a real hassle if you always have to order a vehicle to get all the options desired. At Wilde, chances are pretty good you'll find what you're looking for. In closing, my salesman Zac is top notch. Very knowledgeable about the product, and can help you with whatever questions you may have. He also works very hard to make you happy, and come to a number that works out best. He was patient, friendly, explained everything in a manner that was easy to understand, and went out of his way to help me find a car that fit my needs. I have a great "new" Honda Accord, that he encouraged me to drive at length, and feel comfortable in - in addition, when I noticed a sound I wasn't sure was supposed to be there, he took the time and effort to have it checked out and made sure it was taken care of ! Even though I was not spending as much as many who come there for a new car, I felt relaxed and just as important. As soon as I walked into the building Jamie was there to great me and help me find what I was looking for. A lot of times dealers are pushy, trying to get a sale, but he wasn't and he was confident about th great me and help me find what I was looking for. We set up a time where my father and I could come in and was great with talking to my dad about his concerns. Bill Grunert was extremely polite, and thorough yet efficient. I had a limited amount of time the evening I came in, and appreciated that he was short and to the point. I am a woman in my 30's, but was not "talked down to" in any way whatsoever. I did not feel pressure to buy. When he gave me the dealership's discounted price, I countered, giving him what I felt to be a fair price. That price was accepted. I had my Prius less than one week later. Picking up the new car and filling out the paperwork took less than an hour and a half. I would recommend Wilde Toyota to buyers in the Milwaukee area. More
