As soon as I walked into the building Jamie was there to great me and help me find what I was looking for. A lot of times dealers are pushy, trying to get a sale, but he wasn't and he was confident about th great me and help me find what I was looking for. We set up a time where my father and I could come in and was great with talking to my dad about his concerns. I went to Wilde Toyota first because I've had good experience getting service at Wilde Honda. I had already decided on buying a Prius and had done pricing research at Edmunds.com. Bill Grunert was extremely polite, and thorough yet efficient. I had a limited amount of time the evening I came in, and appreciated that he was short and to the point. I am a woman in my 30's, but was not "talked down to" in any way whatsoever. I did not feel pressure to buy. When he gave me the dealership's discounted price, I countered, giving him what I felt to be a fair price. That price was accepted. I had my Prius less than one week later. Picking up the new car and filling out the paperwork took less than an hour and a half. I would recommend Wilde Toyota to buyers in the Milwaukee area. More

I had a good experience with Wilde Toyota overall, but when I came in I felt like I was an inconvenience. Larry did stay late with me on Saturday, but I felt like I really put him in a bind. He had it plugged and refilled. Felt he was open and honest with facts about the car. Worked to meet our $$$ limit. Have purchased 5 vehicles in the past 7 years...I would rate this the best transaction. I am the mother of the 20 year old young woman who was purchasing her first car on her own.
