First of all I was surfing the internet and came across cars.com. I than found the exact vehicle I wanted. Than contact the dealership. So Phil called back and told me everything I needed to know about the car that I wanted. He was very polite and assured me that I was going to get the best experience choosing this dealership. He also assured me that they will do everything in their power to get me approve for a loan so I can drive out of the lot with the vehicle of my choice. They did it!
