I was searching for used grand caravans for my wife, 2005 and newer on craigslist. Rob Stoltz had the van pulled to the front and ready to look at when I came to look at it. It was exactly what I was looking for and Rob helped me get the van at price that worked for me. A few days after the purchase, on a hot day, my wife was riding in the van with the kids and the air conditioning wasn't working. I brought the van in and spoke to Doug, the used car sales manager, who was (without hesitation) stearing me to Jeff at the service garage to get scheduled for the van to get fixed. I was told that if it was not able to be fixed that same day I would be able to get a loaner car while it did get fixed. It was fixed the same day it was scheduled to be fixed.
