I have been a customer at Wilde since 1999. When it is time for my next car, I am sure Wilde wil be were I go! Service has always been done well the first time. All of the fellas in the service dept have time for my next car, I am sure Wilde wil be were I go! Service has always been done well the first time. All of the fellas in the service dept have been attentive to the needs of my vehicle, they answer my questions truthfully, and have never tried to talk me into services that are not needed. I was have even been taken into the service bay so that the technician could show me just where the problem was located.I was then asked if I had anymore questions and concerns before they proceeded with the needed work. My Rav-4 is 11 years old and is still going strong! The salesmen in the showroom have always asked if I need any help or have any questions. I will work with Wilde again when the time comes for a new vehicle. I love what you do for me---TOYOTA!!!!! More

After narrowing the choice down to a used 2005 Solara, Jim had several deficiencies taken care as a contingency for the car purchase. Upon delivery of the vehicle, the final paperwork went quickly and smoothly. Overall, I'm very pleased with my car buying experience and would definitely consult Jim for my next Toyota purchase. He was very patient with my every request and questions. Upon my second visit Fred not only remembered who I was but knew exactly what I was looking for, and had a couple vehicles in mind for me. Fred made car searching and test driving a very respectful experience. I never felt rushed. Fred never made me feel like an inconvenience of his time. Fred gave me his undivided attention, even upon my phone call to him. After reviewing the Wilde Toyota website and on my third visit I told Fred of the vehicle that I wanted to test drive. Fred had the same stock number written down for a vehicle he thought I should test drive!!! I test drove the 2006 Toyota Corolla, with low miles, and I purchased that vehicle for under $10,000! Upon the day of pickup of the vehicle Fred had gone over and above for me!!! Fred is an excellent salesman!!! I would not have wanted any other sales person. I would highly recommend Fred Spivey! I came to the dealership looking for a used SUV under $10,000. This was my first vehicle to ever be under my name, not my parents. I wanted to get my moneys worth. Thanks to Fred I left with an 02' Toyot $10,000. This was my first vehicle to ever be under my name, not my parents. I wanted to get my moneys worth. Thanks to Fred I left with an 02' Toyota Highlander Limited for 9,500 before any additional fees! I LOVE LOVE LOVE my (new to me) vehicle!Couldn't be happier. I definitely got more than my moneys worth with this highlander. The whole process went very smooth thanks to Fred. I trusted his opinion because he was upfront and honest about my choices and didn't push me to buy the priciest car in the used lot. He let me take my time deciding what was the best fit for me. And when I didn't find what I wanted on the first visit he understood that "just looking" is part of the process and kept me updated as to any used vehicles that had just come in. On my second visit to the lot I knew he'd found the car I wanted, he layed out my options with no pressure, but let me know to act fairly quickly if I wanted to make sure noone else bought MY vehicle. I really can't thank him enough! He made buying my first car a great experience. I recommend to my friends and family to go to him if they ever plan on buying a car.
