I really appreciate the laid back environment and I didn't feel pressured to buy without a negotation and time to think things over. The only thing I could say that needs improvement is the wait time, since there is only one office to do the "final sale" dealing with finances, going over extended warranty, etc. Overall, I feel like I got a great deal from good honest people. Overall, our visits to the lot was enjoyable. Our questions were answered (and we had a lot of them!) and the service personnel were patient with us. We enjoyed the process very much. Phil Lo made this purchase very easy and a pleasant experience. The car had a minor flaw where it was shaking at over 60 mph and your service department quickly repaired the problem and repaired it the experience.
