Matt was especially helpful. When I left, there was a problem with a missing GPS disk. I dropped off the car the next morning, and called Matt on his cell phone and let him know the issue. He kept me updated throughout the day, and well before the workday ended he called to let me know it was working and I could pick the car back up on my way home. He was also open to checking the internet to make sure I was paying a fair price, and humored me by waiting while I called my brother in law. I walked away feeling that I had been given a fair price.
