From the moment we arrive, Nihad was very helpful in finding out what kind of car we were interested in, and showing us the various vehicles available. He also worked closely with us to find a car that finding out what kind of car we were interested in, and showing us the various vehicles available. Nihad was a great sales man to work with. He is definately not your typical sales person. By this statement, I mean that he is not pushy - he is friendly and compassionate about you as a person. definately not your typical sales person. By this statement, I mean that he is not pushy - he is friendly and compassionate about you as a person. He was a delight to work with. I enjoyed working with Mike. I believe he tried hard to meet my needs in this sale, and was always friendly, upbeat, responsive, and available. The negative issues I had were more around the DETAILS of the meet my needs in this sale, and was always friendly, upbeat, responsive, and available. The negative issues I had were more around the DETAILS of the sale/post-sale. I felt strongly that although this dealer wanted my business, they were only willing to go so far in taking steps that I felt any buyer would want done as part of the sale. For example, they were willing to "try to buff out" various scratches, replace broken tail light lens, repair a star in the windshield, and replace a missing bolt holding down the spare tire, etc., but when it came to replacing a remote mirror that was broken (and cost only $80 + paint and labor to install) they were not willing. To me, a good customer was clearly worth the price of a mirror. The sales manager (I forget his name) didn’t agree, and was willing for us to walk. This dealer, like most in my experience, therefore didn't engender trust - from the moment we got into the "meat" of the sale. When we got down to specifics on price - which I had to hammer out (as usual) not with an empowered salesman, but with a “go-to” and “drop in” sales manager who wouldn't budge. He talked about how he was already taking a loss on the car (why sell it then?) and if I didn't buy it would simply put it back in inventory for the next month and auction it off. The car had already been on the lot for two months! This customer is not an uninformed knucklehead, but rather an informed buyer. Besides, these days anyone who’s literate can do internet research and become educated on the car market/sales! Result: a very unpleasant purchasing process that I don’t ever enjoy. One of the biggest "surprises" in this sale was the last minute discovery (after I'd paid for the car and went to initially pick it up) that there was only one retractable key for the car. Here, Mike worked to track down the key from the former owner, only initially offering a replacement key "at dealer cost" if he wasn't successful. I sensed another problem coming so copied a sales manager and the dealership GM in an email outlining my expectation that this be replaced as part of the sale. In the end, it was. But I’ve no doubt it was only because I copied the top manager, promised to return a poorer customer survey and possibly complaining to the BBB – and because I was always very specific and dogged in my service requests do I feel like I got the service I did in the end. Of course, it would have been a MUCH more pleasant and preferred buying experience if I'd not had to hassle so much with Wilde on these agree-upon details. In the end, when I picked the car up after the above reparations were to be made, the star in the windshield wasn't actually fixed and Mike said they didn't replace the spare tire bolt as promised. At that point (yesterday) I was too tired of repeating things to point these issues out, yet again. Bottom line: good overall experience and great price (after the replacement key). An “A” for effort, a “B- or C+” for execution. If the details had all been completely done, as agreed upon and without hassle, Wilde WOULD HAVE RECEIVED a glowing survey rating (all 5s), an unqualified recommendation of this dealership (any recommendation will now be qualified, as above), and my personal thank you letter to the GM for public display. Mike was an excellent salesman, was very friendly, and I could tell he sincerely cared about me as a customer. The transaction was smooth, and I am very happy with my purchase. As a 24 year old, Mike respec could tell he sincerely cared about me as a customer. The transaction was smooth, and I am very happy with my purchase. As a 24 year old, Mike respected me, valued me as a customer, and answered all my questions. That meant a lot to me, especially since other dealers were not as friendly or respectful. I really appreciate the laid back environment and I didn't feel pressured to buy without a negotation and time to think things over. The only thing I could say that needs improvement is the wait time, since there is only one office to do the "final sale" dealing with finances, going over extended warranty, etc. Overall, I feel like I got a great deal from good honest people. Thanks again. More
Overall, our visits to the lot was enjoyable. Our questions were answered (and we had a lot of them!) and the service personnel were patient with us. We enjoyed the process very much. We saw 3 cars. questions were answered (and we had a lot of them!) and the service personnel were patient with us. We enjoyed the process very much. We saw 3 cars. A Matrix, and 2 Camrys. After our first visit, we checked out some other types of cars and crossovers. We came back to WIlde Toyota, bacause we had liked what we saw. We also appreciated getting to deal with the same salesman we had on out first visit. Nehi was personable and friendly. If he didn't know the answer to a question, he went to find the answer. We liked that a lot. I am enjoying my car very much. Thank you! Jennifer More
Neil was very helpful in selecting the Toyota Sienna we purchased. He stayed well past close to make sure we were taken care of and did so without making us feel pressured into anything. He was also very purchased. He stayed well past close to make sure we were taken care of and did so without making us feel pressured into anything. He was also very helpful in getting some minor things taken care (extra key, manual, keyless entry, etc) of that we wanted and delivered them in the timeframe promised. James was very patient with us on the financing side. He explained everything to us in a manner that both my wife and I could understand. He also worked with on the price of the options and offered us a very good deal on the packages we finally decided on. More
This dealership did a great job accomodating my needs. As a 22-year-old female, decision making isn't my strong suit and Mike displayed a great deal of patience. Mike was patient, kind and exceptionally informative in a nonaggressive manner.
