Nick was very friendly, he knew what he was talking about, and he wasn't pushy. We came to look at vehicles 3 separate times before purchasing our 4runner. Matt was especially helpful. When I left, there was a problem with a missing GPS disk. I dropped off the car the next morning, and called Matt on his cell phone and let him know the issue. He kept me updated throughout the day, and well before the workday ended he called to let me know it was working and I could pick the car back up on my way home. I had a really good experience buying my car at Wilde. My 80 year old mother forced me to return to your dealership specifically because of Rob. On Saturday he patiently searched the lot for cars to meet my petite mother's criteria WITHOUT any pressure. We were not fortunate that day. I live in Green Bay and drove down Tuesday and searched multiple dealerships and finally listened to my mother and returned to Wilde. Rob advised he found the perfect car for her and he did!! My mother is thrilled, loves the car and and felt very special by the treatment Rob bestowed on her, Rob also requested a very trusting mechanic to raise the car up in the garage so we could inspect the bottom of the car.(Please find out his name (kenney?) and thank him as he was very kind and should be acknowleged) The entire process was truly wonderful but I cannot praise Rob enough. He actually "high fived " my mother and that was incredible. I have shared that with everyone and they love it. He also hugged her prior to our departure and I found that gesture proved how sincere and thoughtful he was. I will highly recommend Wilde in West Allis because of the this very unique and rewarding experience. I truly hope that Rob does receive recognition for being compassionate, nonpressuring and just outright sensational and a pleasure to work with. I am seriously contemplating a Toyota Avalon in the future and will return to work with him for sure and send anyone I know to your dealership. Nihad was a very friendly dealer and he was definitely looking out for my best interest. Before I test drove any vehicle he stepped back for a minutes and really let me look around although he was nearby looking out for my best interest. I decided to test drive the car that I now own and upon my return from the test run, he ran out to me to show me a car that was $2000 less, a few years older with about the same mileage which I thought was awesome because I really would have liked to spend $2000 less but I had already fallen in love with the car that I test drove and now own. Nihad was flexible and willing to work with us. Always eager to help and was very polite. Several of the other employees (whose names I didn't catch) were disappointing. Another car salesmen said that he would go to get Nihad for us after spitting directly in front of us- we were not impressed. Also, the person who we filled out the paperwork with (not Nihad, a manager I think) was extremely rude and gave us a hard time about several things- the most unsettling of which was that he insisted that we had to sign a document to take the car "as is" which, technically we were not doing. (Some scratches and dings were going to be buffed out.) Since we were not going to take the car "as is" we did not feel comfortable (nor any particular need) to sign the document before the above issues were taken care of. He seemed particularly peeved about this, and told us we needed to sign it right away. We ended up (after arguing with him) drawing up another form saying that those things would be taken care of.
