over a month ago I purchased a used vehicle from this dealer. When I purchased the vehicle we noticed a small leak, a chip in the windshield, and damage to the headliner. we were told that if we purchase dealer. When I purchased the vehicle we noticed a small leak, a chip in the windshield, and damage to the headliner. we were told that if we purchased they would replace the windshield and repair the headliner right away. after two weeks of waiting for them to schedule service. we called the sales man, he told us he'd get back to us and never did. then we talked to the used sales manager( same results) called back and talked to another manager ( thats what we were told, not really sure ) and we still have no responses and our windshield is still not repaired. I have given Wilde the review I did because my experience with them was just so fabulous. When we entered a previous dealer, we recieved extrememly rude service and unhelpful people. WHen my sister and I walked into Wilde, we recieved excellent customer servive and friendly staff. Chad was communicating across the country to my dad and was prompt and extremely helpful with the arrangements. He was more than understanding when we explained the reason we needed to expidite our car purchase, and we were also matched with Gavin. Gavin was the definition of friendly and helpful. He was more than happy to find us what we needed, helped us negotiate a trade in, and amused us with conversation while we waited for the paper work to be finished. I would definitly recommend Wilde to anyone looking to purchase a car, and I can promise I'll be a return customer. More
My husband is a customer of Eddie and had purchased two cars from him in the past three years (trading in one for the other). I would highly recommend Wilde Toyota Scion if you're in the market to buy a car. The new car salesman, Victor Reynolds, is straightforward and knowledgeable about the vehicles he sells. He did not try to the market to buy a car. The new car salesman, Victor Reynolds, is straightforward and knowledgeable about the vehicles he sells. He did not try to talk me into more options or a different trim line than I wanted and was patient with me at each of the three visits I made before I actually purchased the car. When I took delivery, Victor explained all of the features and made sure my questions were answered. A week later, he called to see how I liked the vehicle. When Toyota announced the accelerator pedal recall I received a call from Victor. He told me to expect a recall letter in the mail and that he would be following up periodically until I brought the car in for recall-associated repairs. I did have brief conversations with other salesmen at Wilde and found none of them to be pushy or approach immediately wben I entered the dealership. I rated my overall experience as good because I experienced a delay of more than an hour while waiting to speak to the finance manager (there were customers ahead of me), and then had to wait even longer when it was discovered the car I purchased had a dent in the hood. Victor then took me to a remote lot to pick out a newly-delivered identical car. The paperwork was quickly re-done and I took delivery the next day. More
My wife and I enjoyed working with Eddie Sandoval. He was informed and yet did not try to obscure our decision with mazes of detail. He was active in his work and yet he moved us and our concerns to the front of his agenda. A salesman at another Toyota dealership approached me with a spit cup in his hand for his chewing tobacco. By contrast, Eddie was well presented, sharp, which lent an air of maturity and professionalism to the interaction. This inspired confidence in him as one to be trusted. He knew the importance of levity, even joke-making, and yet unlike a competitor at Honda, he said nothing to diminish his company or his job. When it came to price, I believe he worked to achieve the best deal for Toyota. This is only to be expected. And yet he was open to negotiation, listening carefully to our concerns, and when we had reached the upper limit of our ability to pay, he met us there, leaving us with the sentiment that we had gotten the best deal possible. Finally, Eddie is a veteran of Iraq, which means much to me, and even more given his demeanor of self-possession, born of real experience, which displayed national service in the best possible light.
