My wife and I came to Wilde Toyota from Shelby Township, Michigan. While people think we're crazy to travel that far for a used car we think it was well worth the distance. Wilde Toyota's prices are better than any we've seen on the internet and Michael was a gentleman, very hospitable and a joy to work with. He gave us absolutely no high pressure and bent over backwards to make us happy. Our only issue is that our favorite used car dealer has to be so far from home! We bought a 2008 Sienna and overall the experience was ok. The price and trade-in allowance was fair. One area of concern is the van had more dents than I thought would be on a 2008 model. I found two areas on the van where I can see paint work had been done. We are missing a plastic insert on the left side of the dash board and the salesman stated he would send us a replacement in the mail, but I have yet to receive it. This is disappointing. I'm also working with a body shop to get some of the dents out. More

Working with Chad was an absolute pleasure and I can say without any reservation this was the best car purchasing experience I have ever had ever, thanks Chad you’re awesome. And Travis (Finance Department) was outstanding; Travis went above and beyond to research the best rate for my loan, thanks Travis you’re awesome too. Everyone I dealt with: Michael, Danney, Amy and the porter (a very nice older Hispanic gentleman) were all great, my thanks to everyone for all your hard work and support in getting my in and out so quickly. And Toyota I have to say you really got it right with the Venza; what a car- it’s the perfect blend of family (utility) and sports car. It’s roomy kind of a quasi station wagon, but it’s also one the sexiest rides on the street, muscular with its flared fenders, 20 inch rims & low profile rubber, & powerful, I love V6 engine is so sweet I don’t ever want to drive anything else. I was shopping for a car and emailed the dealership. Brad called me and I explained that since I had been away from the country for over 38 years I had to wait for my credit score to improve. During the 20 d called me and I explained that since I had been away from the country for over 38 years I had to wait for my credit score to improve. During the 20 day wait period he called regularly but in no way was pushy. He left me not only his business phone # but also his home phone. When I finally reached a decent score I contacted him at home, he took the trouble of picking me up at home since i didn't have a car, he went through the lot with me and showed me various possibilities, immediately nderstood my needs etc... Afterwards, he and Matt went out of their ways to get me a bank loan. during my hours waiting for bank aproval both men were sympathetic towards my situation, they kept coming over to me and put me at ease, bring coffee etc... Brad also helped me research for a good insurance company, helped me with everything regarding my purchase. I am very happy with my Toyota and with the friendly way I was treated by all the people there. I will definately come back when it's time for a new car and will also recommend it. More

Overall, I got the car I wanted, so I can't really have any complaints. I did feel a bit pressured at times (but that's sales), however, Tommy and the Team at Wilde Toyota were able to come through in the any complaints. I was getting an oil change for my 4-Runner and I always walk around the lot to see any new vehicles I did see the Sequioa, 2 other salesman walked by me, I went to go in to talk to someone and Nihad was o walk around the lot to see any new vehicles I did see the Sequioa, 2 other salesman walked by me, I went to go in to talk to someone and Nihad was on his way to me, He got the keys I test drove the car. I liked it and we started talking cost, I was happy with the trade - in price I got for the 4 - Runner. And also got 4 new tires being that the tires were very worn and it was a Certified Vehicle. Nihad was easy to work with and kept me informed of all things that were happening, he worked well with all the people involved. this is my 4th vehicle from Wilde I was happy. More
