I am 18 years old and I recently bought a car at Wilde Toyota along with my mother. My experience at Wilde Toyota was enjoyable and superior to other dealerships my mother and I had visited because of th Toyota along with my mother. I felt much more relaxed at Wilde Toyota that I had at other dealerships because I didnt constantly experience high pressure to buy a car and the salesman I worked with was friendly and kind. This allowed me to not only feel more comfortable about purchasing my first car but actually allowed me to trust the employees I was working with. More

They were friendly, attentive to my needs by answering all of my questions and offering assistance as I needed it in my search for an automobile. In terms of the price, David did a wonderful job, I think, of securing a "win-win" situation; I got the automobile of my choice and Toyota made a sale. Important Note: I did not make my choice right away, I told David that I would continue my search and I would be back. I was impressed with the way he followed up with me, and I didn't feel pressured. He just had a genuine friendly character and professionalism that I really appreciated. It was no wonder that at the end of my search, I returned to Wilde Toyota. I had decided that if I am going to spend my money with any one, it would be Wilde Toyota. Andrew Winkler was a great sales rep. He helped us without "hovering" over us. One thing that turns me off at car dealership, is the sales person who does not let you look somewhat on your own. I had been running around Milwaukee all day researching and looking for one of two cars I had my mind set on. My sales rep, Terry Dies took me right to the car he had set out for me ahead of time. Just to satisfy my curiosity, I asked Terry to take me around the lot to see some other cars and he was more than accommodating. In the end I decided on the original Scion xB. The negotiation process was painless and fair. Terry followed through on all promises that were made at the time of the sale. My little car is amazing! I couldn't be happier! Thanks Terry! It was random that we were even looking to purchase a car, and we were very happy with our experience at Wilde Toyota. The ONLY reason I took a shot at another car purchase here was because of the diligence of Chad Wojtysiak, the Internet Sal and the review is here. The ONLY reason I took a shot at another car purchase here was because of the diligence of Chad Wojtysiak, the Internet Sales Director @ Wilde. He's worked very hard to earn my trust and I did end up buying a Camry there because of him. Chad is a true professional who looked to find the problem and looked to find a good solution. Renee was our sales contact and I had no problem with her. She met my son and I on the lot and we took one for a spin. Once it was time to deal Renee and Chris worked the deal with me. The deal was OK, not subpar, not a screamer. I think if you come out that way from a dealer you can call it a win for yourself. My only rub with the deal? the same problem as last time, and honestly I can't necessarily blame the dealer. They tried the same ol' "Extended Warranty" scam again - trying to charge $1800 for a warranty you can get from another dealer for 500-600. This is not a reflection of the folks above - Chad, Renee, and Chris had nothing to do with it. I think honestly Wilde may get more bites if the look at trying volume on the warranties instead of trying to bend everyone over at first opportunity. All-in-all I'm OK with the deal. the car has been back to have side runners installed and to have the satellite radio put in. No complaints there either. I like Safro Toyota out in Brookfield as well but wasn't a fan of driving 10-12 mi. in traffic to get there when Wilde is a mile from my house. I think I'm comfortable going back now. More
