I came to the dealership looking for a used SUV under $10,000. This was my first vehicle to ever be under my name, not my parents. I wanted to get my moneys worth. Thanks to Fred I left with an 02' Toyota Highlander Limited for 9,500 before any additional fees! I LOVE LOVE LOVE my (new to me) vehicle!Couldn't be happier. I definitely got more than my moneys worth with this highlander. The whole process went very smooth thanks to Fred. I trusted his opinion because he was upfront and honest about my choices and didn't push me to buy the priciest car in the used lot. He let me take my time deciding what was the best fit for me. And when I didn't find what I wanted on the first visit he understood that "just looking" is part of the process and kept me updated as to any used vehicles that had just come in. On my second visit to the lot I knew he'd found the car I wanted, he layed out my options with no pressure, but let me know to act fairly quickly if I wanted to make sure noone else bought MY vehicle. I really can't thank him enough! He made buying my first car a great experience. I recommend to my friends and family to go to him if they ever plan on buying a car. Because of him I would definitely come back to Wilde Toyota for any future purchases. Thanks again Fred!!! More

This rating adjustment is because of Wilde Toyota's immediate willingness to make sure I was a satisfied customer, and didn't feel I had been "taken", after I complained about two expenses that increas immediate willingness to make sure I was a satisfied customer, and didn't feel I had been "taken", after I complained about two expenses that increased the overall cost of my new car, making it not worth my trip to buy it. When Wilde contacted me about my somewhat average rating, its point of view was that there was a misunderstanding about how I would pay for the vehicle, which accounted for the extra expenses to me. It asked what I felt would be a satisfactory resolution and it reimbursed me 100% for both expenses, issuing a check and sending it OVERNIGHT to me. Since not everything is perfect in life, my feeling about Wilde is that, although I might not have agreed with my point of view, it went along with it to make sure I felt satisfied. And now I do; it couldn't have done more to make me feel that this transaction was at the highest level for a car purchase. The following is my original rating which I have modified to all the highest: The dealership knew I came from MD by train, knew I had an electronic preapproved payment and I was told the process would be quick. When I got there, it WOULD accept the electronic check, BUT it would take until the next day. OR it would try to get me a loan from it's sources. I had a suitcase, no way to make reasonable new overnight arrangements, had a hotel reservation about halfway home and felt "over a barrel". I agreed with its attempt, got approved with additional loan costs to me, a longer check-out proces, which got me into the thick of Chicago's rush hour and, consequently, another hotel night expense. My gut feeling is that it was the Finance Dept. I think it gets a kickback or commission if it arranges loans. I came home to MD and made other financial arrangements to pay off the loan that Finance arranged. The price was great, the sales people also, and the dealership's physical building and activity are impressive. I would buy again from it but with caution. I belong to what I consider a good buying service and Wilde's internet price was around $50 more, which is inconsequential. More

Clarence Coats was very friendly and seemed like was working for us and had our best interest in mind. I would recommend him to family/friends looking for a new car. Although the process of picking up the keys was way too long and dragged out. It took hours and we were thinking we would only be there for no more than a half hour. I love my new car and happy with the service received. More
