Just to satisfy my curiosity, I asked Terry to take me around the lot to see some other cars and he was more than accommodating. In the end I decided on the original Scion xB. The negotiation process was painless and fair. Terry followed through on all promises that were made at the time of the sale. My little car is amazing! I couldn't be happier! Thanks Terry! When we found a car we liked and test drove it, we felt no pressure to buy and actually came back the next day to make a purchase. Our salesman was a pleasure to work with and helped us to work out a trade we were comfortable with. Overall, we would recommmend Wilde Toyota to anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle. More

The ONLY reason I took a shot at another car purchase here was because of the diligence of Chad Wojtysiak, the Internet Sales Director @ Wilde. He's worked very hard to earn my trust and I did end up buying a Camry there because of him. Chad is a true professional who looked to find the problem and looked to find a good solution. Renee was our sales contact and I had no problem with her. She met my son and I on the lot and we took one for a spin. Once it was time to deal Renee and Chris worked the deal with me. The deal was OK, not subpar, not a screamer. I think if you come out that way from a dealer you can call it a win for yourself. My only rub with the deal? the same problem as last time, and honestly I can't necessarily blame the dealer. They tried the same ol' "Extended Warranty" scam again - trying to charge $1800 for a warranty you can get from another dealer for 500-600. This is not a reflection of the folks above - Chad, Renee, and Chris had nothing to do with it. I think honestly Wilde may get more bites if the look at trying volume on the warranties instead of trying to bend everyone over at first opportunity. All-in-all I'm OK with the deal. the car has been back to have side runners installed and to have the satellite radio put in. No complaints there either. I like Safro Toyota out in Brookfield as well but wasn't a fan of driving 10-12 mi. in traffic to get there when Wilde is a mile from my house. I think I'm comfortable going back now. More
The dealership appears to be very professional and knowledgeable about the products sold. The employees are neat in appearance. It has a good location as well. Everthing was explained . After reading some of the other user ratings, I am wondering when they went there?! Dan Corkill in new sales assisted me in returning my leased Camry early and getting a new leased Corolla. He is a very nice guy and he set everything out on the table. I was informed of every minute detail - from what the finance team was going to suggest I add to my lease (i.e. additional maintenance, gap coverage) to the best deal for me returning my lease early - using Toyota's waiver program or having the dealership buy my car. I was even able to lower my car payments $90+ a month, which I was extremely impressed with. I would suggest Wilde Toyota, Dan Corkill, Joel Valdez in Service ... or any of the staff to anyone willing to listen to my great experience! It was a far cry from another Toyota dealership that I dealt with in the past that played on special "promotions" and other tactics to keep me as a customer throughout my lease terms. It would definitely be worth your while to check them out and take advantage of the great service and value that you could receive. More
Victor is a courteous and thorough salesperson whose knowledge of his products is excellent. He is friendly, prompt and follows through on what he says he will do. I have been a customer at Wilde since 1999. When it is time for my next car, I am sure Wilde wil be were I go! Service has always been done well the first time. All of the fellas in the service dept have time for my next car, I am sure Wilde wil be were I go! Service has always been done well the first time. All of the fellas in the service dept have been attentive to the needs of my vehicle, they answer my questions truthfully, and have never tried to talk me into services that are not needed. I was have even been taken into the service bay so that the technician could show me just where the problem was located.I was then asked if I had anymore questions and concerns before they proceeded with the needed work. My Rav-4 is 11 years old and is still going strong! The salesmen in the showroom have always asked if I need any help or have any questions. I will work with Wilde again when the time comes for a new vehicle. I love what you do for me---TOYOTA!!!!! More

After narrowing the choice down to a used 2005 Solara, Jim had several deficiencies taken care as a contingency for the car purchase. Upon delivery of the vehicle, the final paperwork went quickly and smoothly. Overall, I'm very pleased with my car buying experience and would definitely consult Jim for my next Toyota purchase. BTW, I love my "new" Toyota Solara. More
