Bought a used vehicle Friday from Kevin. When I first arrived at lot he came by introduced himself and said he'd let me look and to just ask if I had questions. Sometimes you can get swarmed at a dealership...especially when its not too busy. We drove a bunch of different cars and he was always pretty quick to spot us pulling back in and came out with a new set of keys for the next vehicle. Kevin was real friendly and seemed like just a regular guy...(he drives a prism-no offense Kevin!) Its hard to believe what some salesman say sometimes when you see them pull out of the lot in a Benz later that night. He Didn't try to force us to buy or get a quick sale done. He took his time with us and even waited around till after close so we could come back and take home car that night. Overall was a good experience. We ended up buying the car we came to look at but were able to drive a bunch to make sure that was the car we wanted. The two people we dealt face to face with Kevin, and also John in finance were very friendly. I gave the price a 5 because I feel we did get a good deal on the vehicle with the sales price compared to the prices we've seen at other dealerships, even though they claim the sales price is the bottom.(Some people always wanna get a little bit off) But on the other hand everything we had an issue with on the car that we would use to bargain they fixed on the spot while we worked out the financing. And the one issue they couldn't fix (radio back light slightly dim)they knocked off a couple hundred bucks in case we wanted to replace. But it seems fine. Id rather not waste time haggling over 500 bucks when the car is already a great deal. The one thing I was a little surprised about...we actually laughed about it-- but when they filled up the tank for us they only put in half a tank of gas. First time I've bought a car where they did not top it off. Its only a $12 difference so not a huge deal...its just one of those nice things like a mint on the pillow. Thanks again Kevin. This had to be my lucky day, I hate being hasseled by sales guys but I did not feel like that at all. Kevin sold us a car (SUV) last year and was very impressed with his manner. Let us know he was there, but didn't bother us until we were ready. I had discovered from my regular Mechanic that we had a problem with the cars computer. Toyota had issued an extended warranty on cars with this problem. Generally, in the past, my experience with other de problem with the cars computer. Toyota had issued an extended warranty on cars with this problem. Generally, in the past, my experience with other dealers has been that Warranty problems are not dealt with as strenuously as service problems because they do not generate as much money. Our experience was the total opposite. Everyone went out of their way to make sure the service was done promptly and efficiently. I will gladly recommend your dealership. More
