I hate shopping for a vehicle, dealing with the sales staff and spending hours sitting at the desk argueing over price and minor details. I met two of thier Truck Sales Associates who went out of their way to assist my family in the selection and purchase of two of thier vehicles. Dan and Zak went over every detail and question and beyond. They made this whole process a pleasant and painless. We came to thier facility feeling welcome and leaving pleased, happy and satisfied. To be honest with you if it wasn’t for those two we would have probably would have purchased our vehicles from some other local dealer. He does his homework and tried very hard to find us cars within our budgets and the cars are always checked out beforehand for it's needs. We all love the cars he found for us. I have told people at work how easy it is to buy a car from this guy, and I have no qualms about sending my daughters there to buy a car from him. The other personel we've met there in passing have always been polite and helpful, especially the last guy who went over the financing for Janet's car,, I wish I could remember his name. I've been buying cars for fifty years and this has been the best dealership I've encountered so far.And Tommy Haynes is an Ace used car salesman! I think the car he found for me will last me the rest of my driving life, but if not I hope he will still be there to help me again. I just hope management appreciates the way he works. I helped my college-aged daughter look for her first car purchase (pre-owned). After a lot of online and casual looking, we visited a local dealer who showed us a few cars and one that she liked -- a Toyot purchase (pre-owned). After a lot of online and casual looking, we visited a local dealer who showed us a few cars and one that she liked -- a Toyota Yaris. However, it did not have the options she wanted. She happened to find one at an excellent price at Wilde Toyota online. We called them from the car, they checked to see if the car was still there and for sale and called us back. We immediately drove there and had the good fortune of meeting a wonderful saleman, Jim Blake who drove up in the car -- ready for a test drive! After driving a couple of other cars on the lot, we had some very informative and straight conversations with Jim about what she could afford and her best choices. Jim was so knowledgeable, honest and easy to talk to, it just all felt right. The care was immaculate and the price was really right. We decided then and there to make an offer on the car. No nonsense, a great response and the deal was done. We were treated with the utmost respect and friendliness and felt we were in the hands of a real pro who we could trust. When we finally took delivery of the car four days later, everything went like clockwork and the car was ready and once again, immaculate. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience and she absolutely love the car and so do we. WE WILL be back to Jim and Wilde Toyota -- just a great experience!! More
