My experience at WIlde is very positive. I don't have to ask to have routine maintainance things done like rotating tires, fluid checks because I konw they are taken care of as part of my visit. Mike also lets me konw if there's something wrong that I'm not aware of...like when some wheel guard in the front of the car needed replacement or when our GPS disc needed fixing. They take care of even the small things like replacing the batteries in our key. I can get the car in any itme I want but just calling. Our service experience on the Prius was so good here that we bought our Corolla from Wilde last spring and have it serviced here also. More

I was extremely pleased with the ease and helpfulness and patience of Mr. Winkler. Replacing the wipers that were damaged and re-attaching front bumper was cool. He also maintained a helpful and positive attitude when he found out all I wanted was a budget used car--not a brand new top-of-the-line customized model. That was very classy, very classy. Mike went above and beyond the call of duty to find a car that was the right fit for me. I was able to purchase a Toyota Matrix 2004 with a manual transmission, and he answered all my questions and concerns. that was the right fit for me.
