I’m not one to leave poor reviews because I work for a living in the sales industry. To anyone reading this my sales rep treated me very poorly. I was 19 buying my first car and he never listened to any of my concerns or anything I had to offer before interrupting me and telling me anything I wanted to hear. They lied to my face through the whole experience. Took out the floor mats when I bought the car and when I asked if they came with them, they lied to my face and said it didn’t. This place is horrible. Save your money and go somewhere else! More

Communication early in our shopping was lacking a little but after the sale Giuseppe Fuoti did a great job going over my wife's new Rav4. I went in not expecting much, do to the vehicle shortage but I met Prentiss F. as I arrived and he helped me with my purchase of my brand new Toyota Corolla. He was pleasant to work with and so was the sale but I met Prentiss F. as I arrived and he helped me with my purchase of my brand new Toyota Corolla. He was pleasant to work with and so was the sales manager Ian. They went above and beyond my expectations and now I'm driving my brand new corolla. Prentiss notified me every step of the way as far as when my car would be arriving. He also went over all the gadgets with me and had a tremendous amount of patience. The whole transaction was great with the finance dept as well. Wa Qas made the transition smooth and stress free. A much needed thank you goes out to all three of these Gentlemen. More
The current environment makes new car shopping much more difficult than what it ever was pre-Covid, however, Leon did everything possible to help us find the exact car we wanted in a very timely manor. When at the dealership for maintenance on our current vehicle, I decided to review end of lease options and was fortunate enough to cross paths with Tom Beau, the initial person I was routed to didn't ev vehicle, I decided to review end of lease options and was fortunate enough to cross paths with Tom Beau, the initial person I was routed to didn't even acknowledge me so after 5 mins I moved on and approached Tom. From start to finish he did an outstanding job, answering questions, keeping us updated etc. Saturday we completed our purchase of our Hybrid RAV4. The timeliness of the entire transaction was the ultimate completion of the deal. Under 1.5 hours all said and done is unheard of. Kudos to Tom and Chris, in Finance. Having dealt solely with Tom was the key. He represents Wilde well and we will continue to use Wilde soley because of our experience with Tom. More
Sent rhem email about cars being available that they have advertised. They listed 5 new Corollas. None were available. They told me I would have to order them and it could take up to 6 months to get one. W advertised. They listed 5 new Corollas. None were available. This was the first car we've purchased through Wilde Toyota and we had a great experience! Don, our salesman, was awesome and helped us get a good deal on the purchase of the car.
