I did not have the best experience here. I came in looking to test-drive and possibly purchase a used vehicle. I do not remember the salesperson I dealt with, but he just gave me the keys, had me dri looking to test-drive and possibly purchase a used vehicle. I do not remember the salesperson I dealt with, but he just gave me the keys, had me drive a vehicle and I told him that I was not impressed with how the vehicle sounded (seemed very loud) or how it looked (lots of scratches, small dents, etc.). His response was, "I'm sorry." He did not try to assist me in looking at other vehicles or offer to take care of any of the problems. In fact, he seemed rather annoyed by me and as though I was wasting his time. I ended up purchasing a vehicle from another dealership a few days later where I received excellent customer service. Overall, I was just not happy with my experience here. More

I went to 5 different car dealers before i picked Wilde. They where the most helpfull of them all. Wilde and Jamie Shey got me the best deal for my money. The overall experience that I had with Wilde Toyota Scion was pretty good, Rob was extremely friendly and definately knew his stuff about the cars he was selling. They were also very willing to work out a deal so that I could afford the car that I wanted- which is definately a plus considering I had my heart set on a specific car. The only problem I had was that they told me that they would take care of some dents, but once I decided to buy the vehicle that end of the deal wasn't held up. Otherwise it was a great experience and I would reccomend Wilde Toyota Scion to anyone. More
