The experience overall was very pleasant. Kevin did a great job. It was not a high pressure sales situation like you'll find at most used car lots. I am happy with my 2000 Lexus ES300. I had been to several dealerships looking for a used car. With the prices of gasoline climbing I was in a hurry to get out of my SUV. But it was difficult to get used to the idea of driving a car.
