Just purchased a 2011 Toyota Sienne. This was the third Toyota we have purchased from Wilde Toyota. It is worth the one and a half hour drive from our house. I would recommend John Crimmins to all my friends due to his ability to listen to my daughter and to find her the car that she wanted--not what the salesman thought we should have. We started out in the new car area of Wilde, where we met Dino?????. Didn't keep his card, didn't remember his last name. Why?? Because besides being pushy and not willing to listen to my daughter to what she was looking in a car and price range---all he did was try to sell us a leased car. And the kicker was the price was twice as much as she was telling him. Wouldn't recommend Dino to my worst enemy. John, however, listened to Kelly and brought her cars that she thought were in her price range and style. He was busting his tail to get us a car and did. I would recommend and highly praise John and all the people we met on Saturday for all their friendly helpful service. People like John will keep me coming back to "Wilde, and tell my friends of the deal my daughter got. The quality of car and price range weren't the real deal---it was the unbelievable friendly service and hospitality my daughter and I received at Wilde USED cars--not the leased/new side. The reason I rated Rob Davis as high as I did because he really did an amazing job. He wasn't too pushy like most sales reps are and he was very friendly. He let me drive 3 cars total and was always willing to let me drive more if need be, he answered all of our questions. The thing I hate the most is sales reps who are pushy and won't leave me alone for a minute by myself and he was very friendly and completely the opposite of what I thought all car reps were like. I was able to give him my price range and he pointed out numerous vehicles for me to look at and never tried pushing me to go too high. He gave me his perspective on a good choice for me and I actually took it and so far I love the vehicle I got! Thanks for everything! More
