I first spoke to Drew on the phone when I called Wilde looking for a specific Toyota. He was kind, friendly,helpful and took time to answer all of my questions. Chris did a terrific job of assisting us through the sales process. He took a low pressure approach and showed a committment to making sure we were satisfied. He kept us well informed through the sales process, was willing to negotiate what we felt was a fair price for the vehicle, and looked up information on Kelly Blue Book to give us piece of mind. The one drawback to the process was the length of time it took for us to be seen by the finance area to sign the loan paperwork as we came in to pick up the car and it took 2.5 hours to be seen. However, it was admittedly busy and Chris checked in with us throughout the wait. The one piece of feedback for the finance area would be that if they know it will be that long of a wait, perhaps they could let the customer know so that we coul have the option to leave, grab a bite to eat, and then come back to finalize things. All in all though, we had a great experience! More
