I just want to say "thank you" to Rob Davis our sales guy and Mark Wilke, who referred us. overall I am satisfied, I did make it a point that I wanted the interior cleaned good and when I picked it up it was still wet so I couldn't tell but the next day some of the spots looked worse than bef wanted the interior cleaned good and when I picked it up it was still wet so I couldn't tell but the next day some of the spots looked worse than before, now they did have me bring it back and they rewashed it right away and the jury is still not in until it dries but if it looks good then I think I will be satisfied. Last week I completed a trade-in business with Wilde Toyota. When I entered the store, I met with Chris Meyer. I already searched a car before entering the store. Chris did a fantastic job and helped me Toyota. When I entered the store, I met with Chris Meyer. I already searched a car before entering the store. Chris did a fantastic job and helped me in every aspect of the purchase starting from the test drive till the final settlement was done. Two of the salient points I would like to highlight where I think Chris helped me a lot: 1) The price negotiation - I know its the used car manager who finalizes the deal, but I would like to say Chris has helped me in getting a good deal 2) After I bought the car, a sound was identified and I was a bit worried and frustrated since I invested more than I thought initially but then as it was a good deal, I accepted the offer. I immediately called Chris; he picked up the phone in off business hours and assured me that he will take care of the problem. Next day I took the car to him, it was a tyre problem and he helped me in getting those replaced with help and guidance of used car manager. Overall it was a good experience at Wilde Toyota and I would like to take this opportunity to thank Chris for the splendid job he did.
