I came in on 10/25/22 looking to test drive some used cars. Terry immedicably approached me asking what he could do for me. I stated, I'm not buying a car today, but I would like to test drive some used cars. Terry immedicably approached me asking what he could do for me. I stated, I'm not buying a car today, but I would like to test drive some used cars. He asked, "do you have pictures?", I stated, yes, I have some, but I would like to see what you have to offer. We walked over to his desk; he sat down, and I informed him of my price range. The cars I was showing him were slightly over a price range and he stated, "I don't recommend you test drive cars that are over your price range because if you like it then you can't have it". I stated, okay, well I know there are a few in my price range that I would like to test drive. I said, my mom was here on a Sunday, doing some research for me and taking pictures. He states, "do you need your mom here in order to buy a car?". I said, no, she did some research for me, and if you're asking if I need my mother here to buy a car, the answer is no. I then was looking again in my phone for pictures I had previously taken, not realizing that some pictures were from other dealerships. He looked at the pictures, stated, "this is another dealership, guess you're just gonna go there after here, so what would you like to do?". I stated, I would like to test drive some cars. As he was getting up to walk and get the car he stated, "when do you plan on buying a car?" I stated, I'm not sure, probably before the end of the year. He then said nothing and walked away. he brought out a car, came over and said I need your driver's license and stated, "I'm not going to bring out any more cars because if you don't plan on buying a car in the next week, here is no point". I test drove the car for less than five minutes, crying the entire time, came back, asked for his card and stated I guess I'll wait until I feel comfortable buying a car. I left Wilde Toyota crying and made the decision that I will not be returning to purchase a vehicle from this business. I have never felt so looked down on in my entire life. He was the rudest person and clearly didn't listen to me at all. I felt very uncomfortable talking to him and he gave me zero customer service. I bought my first car from Wilde Toyota a few years back and I'm very disappointed at how terrible my service was there this time around. I will not be returning solely because of him. Terry Dies, if you are reading this, thank you for reminding me why I became a registered nurse. I work with people who have attitudes just like you, and I get treated poorly more than I deserve. and for zero reason. I am trying to help YOUR salary by giving you MY business and you reminded me that no one deserves to be treated as xxxxty as you treated me. I help people for a living just like you, and you could definitely learn a lesson or ten from me on how to properly deal with a situation effectively to get a great outcome. You are an unfriendly human, and i hope this message opens your eyes. More
I'm torn on this rating because buying a used car at Wilde was both an excellent and dreadful experience. On the positive side, a huge selection of fine new and pre-owned cars at fair prices--I got a very good deal on a low mileage used sedan. In addition, our finance person, Ken, was fantastic--he really went above and beyond to work through some challenges with my credit and I greatly appreciated his extra effort, humor, and respect. But without him, I probably would have given it 1 star because our salesperson, Tony, did next to nothing, and sat there right in front of me making repeated lewd comments to my elderly BIOLOGICAL father (who was there as a cosigner) about how nice it was that I had a sugar daddy and what was our sugar daddy/baby relationship like, and about his friend who has a sugar baby AND a wife and how did my dad juggle it (my MOTHER, my dad's only wife of over 50 years passed away not long ago). I was livid, but didn't say anything because I knew my dad was already late for a rehearsal and I could tell he wasn't really listening anyway (he's a bit hard of hearing being over 80), and I didn't want to embarass him. As an added bonus, Tony forgot to write down the 100 downpayment I made over the phone (Ken remembered and added it!) and then told me there was a full tank of gas when it was actually almost on empty. As I pulled away, I saw him snickering with some buddies and I shuddered thinking about the poor women who have to work in that environment. More

I was pleased with my visit to Wilde Toyota. I was able to browse the lot and when I needed assistance from the sales staff I was greeted by Don Byington. Don was friendly, and allowed me to test drive my vehicle right away. The finance rep Waqas Arshad was also knowledgeable and explained everything with detail in regards to the financial aspect. All in all this was a good visit, and I would recommend to someone in search of a new or used vehicle. More

Their service department is incompetent and inattentive. I had an oil change performed and my vehicle was leaking oil when I returned home. Not only did they not install the oil filter correctly, they als I had an oil change performed and my vehicle was leaking oil when I returned home. Not only did they not install the oil filter correctly, they also did not reinstall the skid plate correctly and did not even bother to reinstall the access plate to the oil pan drain plug. It's been three weeks and they have not replaced the missing access plate. Don't waste your time calling the service managers Mike G and Bill H, they don't answer their phones and have not returned calls. More
Zero if possible. This has been one of the worst experiences we have had over the course of many, many used and new car purchases. So, first off, the car is listed This has been one of the worst experiences we have had over the course of many, many used and new car purchases. So, first off, the car is listed on the internet with a price and pictures. My husband goes to look at it on Monday (9/5) and it has not been safety inspected so technically is not for sale (WI law states that it cannot be made available until the safety has been done if being sold at a dealership; listing with a price on the internet is offering it for sale by definition). He gets to drive it around the lot and is very interested in purchasing the car pending the inspection. We have to sell our car and had an appointment to do. Funds availability was a concern since banks place holds on funds depending on the amount and our appointment was for today (Weds.) to pick up the check. David knew this. Tuesday, they speak on the phone. David tells my husband that he can put down a deposit to hold the vehicle. My husband was fine with that and made him aware of the pending sale on our car. Today we are being told that he will not hold the car unless we get it tonight (keep in mind, they have a deposit and information about our car sale was clearly disclosed). We are coming from Middleton (2 hrs) for this car and because we have had positive experiences with Wilde Jeep (one of the easiest purchases and wish our sales person could sell across all Wilde stores). David has been pushy and seems to think he is doing us a favor by having this car for sale. I don't care what the market is right now with inventory, the internet provides a LOT more vehicles available and we are loyal customers for good service assuming the right car is with our sales person. We don't HAVE to buy it and he should be SELLING it to us. I'm not going to beg to spend money and deal with disrespectful behavior! Shameful. This was an inexpensive used car, but we have purchased 6 Toyotas in the past and my husband is an avid Toyota truck fan. He will buy more new in the future, I'm don't care if you are buying a car for 15k or 100k - service means repeat business. Questionable legality combined with arrogant service means not only will we not be purchasing a car from you (and probably Wilde in general - although we have bought 3 in the past 10 yrs from Wilde stores), but I will make full use of social media to encourage others to do the same. More
