He quickly got the vehicle I was interested in and we hopped in for a test drive. Tim was personable, kind, and did not push me to look at any other cars as I was satisfied with that one. The buying process was easy and no pressure. Wasn't upsold anything and there were no surprise fees. Wilde has one of the lowest dealer fees around, so that's a plus as well. When I asked Tim if he could meet me at a slightly lower price, he said he'd get it done. Wasn't worth losing my business over. The finance department was easy to work with and no pressure to add financing as we were paying with cash. Additional warranty options were explained clearly, but no pressure either to add or decline. Most signatures for paperwork are done electronically on a tablet, which definitely sped up the process. Already my wife and I are talking about returning to this dealership in the near future to by another car and will be asking for Tim Hansen when we return. More

Then once I got to the dealership I dealt mainly with Bill J. who was able to show me the used car I was interested in (Mazda6) and was full of positive energy. Bill and manager John P.  were open to negotiating even a little bit more, despite already quite a good initial price so thank you both gentlemen (especially John)! Finally, I've dealt with Veljo at the finance office and he was very informative and professional. All of the staff at Wilde Toyota were great to deal with and were not pushy at any time and were not trying to get you on any hidden costs. They offered extras but gave you the final say. That's how it should be. Keep up the good work. You're doing much better than some of the places in went to before you. I will definitely keep you in mind when I'm looking for more cars in the future! After few days of ownership I think I actually found my dream car at Wilde... I made an appointment on line for my annual tire rotation and oil change. I selected service advisor David Olguin, as I have had good experiences with him in the past. I arrived a few minutes early, and David wrote up the order for my requested services, asked if I wanted the car washed, and reviewed the potential services for my mileage and age of the car. He estimated it would be about 2 hours, and he came to get me at 1 1/2 hours later, and said the jobs were done, with no issues. I was a bit skeptical with the recent ownership change of the dealership, but David came through like he always does. Excellent service! More
