David the sales manager who wasn't the sales manager working with my salesman told me I wasnt getting a discount on my truck that i waited 5 months on after I was told I was getting a discount on the tacoma. I was ready to leave and not even get the truck. After my salesman and another manager told him (david) that I am getting a discount on the tacoma. David then told Phil he would add the discount to the truck but when he did that he raised the price on the window tint and heated seats I added to the truck and also rasied the price on floormats that come with the truck from the factory, in doing so it made my wife and I spend so much extra time looking through the paperwork before signing it and we filled out the financing ahead of time so we thought it would've been a quick easy and fast process. Also with it taking so much extra time looking over the paperwork signing and stopping to reset after something was wrong we had to pay our babysitter extra for watching our 2 year old longer and also pay more for doggy daycare being we have 3 dogs . So in short David made the whole process longer and way more expensive than it should've been.

Also forget to add we were going to get a new fully loaded sequioa in 2024 for my wife but dealing with wilde has made us rethink our choice.
