I didn't expect to buy a vehicle when I entered the dealership, but Rob recommended a vehicle and it ended up being the best fit for me. It was a cold day but he had all 3 of the vehicles I test drove dealership, but Rob recommended a vehicle and it ended up being the best fit for me. It was a cold day but he had all 3 of the vehicles I test drove warmed up and ready to go. I had planned to drive the Highlander and Sienna and hadn't considered the Venza but he suggested I give the Venza a try. I remember him saying "I think you will really like the way it drives." And yes I did. Even with it being a very busy Saturday, I felt Rob and the financing department did a great job of moving thru the paperwork. I truly felt my needs were heard and the best options were offered. I know that purchasing a vehicle can be stressful, but I have to say my experience with Rob and the dealership was anything but stressful. Thank you for your time, attention and positive attitude! I love my new Venza. It worked out great for the 1400 mile road trip I took the week following my purchase. (It wasn't so great 2 week later when I hit that deer! But it's all back together now.) I have to say I have already referred the Rob and the dealership to two other people. More

The salesman who assisted me was very helpful and nice. He was very easy to talk to and made sure I was completely satisfied with the car I purchased today! The salesman was GREAT and very HELPFUL! But when it came to finance, I wasnt notified how much the loan was. I went over the paper work as soon as I got home and saw that they wrote out the car to me more then it was advertised for! (Yes, I know I should have checked before we left) The car was advertised for $10,995 but they wrote it up sold for $13,995! I wasn't aware of this until I left the dealership and got home. But overall, I was VERY satisfied with how friendly the salesman was. More

I have been with Toyota for 18yrs now, very happy so far.I always see Dawn Rosewitz at the service desk when I get my oil changes and check up always very friendly and makes you feel welcome it's nice t far.I always see Dawn Rosewitz at the service desk when I get my oil changes and check up always very friendly and makes you feel welcome it's nice to see same people and they recogonize you.I only go to Toyota for my check ups and service for my Matrix been very satisfied so far.Like the coupons I recieve, I feel being a faithful customers we should get some perks.Thanks for doing a good job for me.keep up the good work More
About a month ago I bought a 2010 Toyota 4Runner & Brad helped me out then. After a month of having the 4Runner the vehicle just didn't fit my needs. So I traded it in for a 2010 Toyota Tacoma & Bra Brad helped me out then. After a month of having the 4Runner the vehicle just didn't fit my needs. So I traded it in for a 2010 Toyota Tacoma & Brad helped me then as well. Even though I lost some money on the deal Brad did his very best so I wouldn't lose a lot of money. Looking at the truck I noticed it had only two tie downs in the bed. Brad said he would order another two tie downs & have them installed at NO CHARGE. Now that's customer service :-) There's not many car sales people you can trust but Brad is definitely one of them. Not pushy at all. I gave all 5's because the service & experience I had was indeed worth a 5 out of 5. More
We found the car we wanted to look at and test drive online and called to make sure it was still on the lot at Wild Toyota. It was, and we went to see it the following morning. We were introduced to Brad Walder, and he made the whole experience of buying a car very easy - compared to what we went through at EVS a couple of nights before that. Brad was very calm and listened to us, instead of trying to get us to spend a higher amount than what we could afford. It was also nice talking to Brad on a personal level, and not just listening to him try to make a sale. I could tell that he was on our side and wanted us to get the best deal. What's also nice about Wilde Toyota on a whole, is that we were not bombarded by salesmen as soon as we walked in the front door. Yes - we were greeted, but we were given our space to look around first and then find the right salesman. We did find a couple of things that needed fixing on the car, and Brad was very accommodating to make sure that the issues would get taken care of. He had a windshield guy come to our house to fix a couple of nicks, instead of me having to go back to the dealership. That's customer service! The other problem with the wiper fluid seems to have worked itself out. I am very happy with my new car, and we are very happy with the service we received at Wilde Toyota! From Brad, our salesman, to the woman in finance that helped us with all of the paperwork! Thank you, Brad Walder and Wilde Toyota, for making our car-buying experience a pleasant one! I was very happy with my purchase of a 2010 Toyota Corolla at Wilde. This was my first major car purchase from a dealership, and Rob Davis did a very nice job figuring out what my needs were. He was very friendly and polite the whole time, I felt very at ease with him. Once he had a general idea of what I was looking for, he showed me several vehicles. He made sure that we were comfortable by offering us beverages and heating up the cars before I went to test drive. He took the time to carefully answer all of my questions, telling me the pros and cons of the different vehicles I looked at. I never felt pressured by him. Once he answered all of my questions, he even gave us some time to talk over our decision in private. I was also treated well by the man who set up my financing, although I don't remember his name. He just laid out some options for me and let me choose what I thought was best. My only negative experience was that the financing manager came over and seemed offended that I didn't accept any additional coverage to my warranty and I felt that he was pressuring me to buy it. I found this completely opposite of how Rob and the other financing man treated me. Overall, the employees at Wilde did a very nice job finding me exactly what I wanted and for a good price. I would come back to Wilde in the future and recommend Wilde to my family and friends. More
