We recently purchased a new minivan from Wilde Toyota and had the pleasure of working with David. His customer service and phone followup was top notch. We first came to view a car we'd seen online. The car was off the lot for a quick repair, but David investigated and got the information we needed about the features and history on the car. He contacted us the next day when the car was back on the lot. He knew with our hectic schedule that my husband and I weren't both able to come in to test drive, so he allowed me to pick it up for the afternoon until my husband could check it out. Each time we arrived to the dealership we were greeted by David with a smile. He knew that with 3 kids we were interested in the weather trac mats however we didn't want to run around and find the exact size, he made sure to include this in our overall negotiations and have them installed for us. When we took delivery the 3 kids were with us and were greeted with hot cocoa and a nice place to play while we were working on paperwork. We appreciate David's follow through on what he says he'll do and for making things right. More

From the moment I walked on the lot David Olguin greeted me, I told him what car I was interested in and he sent me on my way for a test drive. I did not feel pressured to buy but he still gave me the sense that he would answer any additional questions I may of had. I decided to purchase the vehicle and within a half hour of starting the paperwork I was on my way out the door with my Jeep. The process was easy and smooth and throughout the entire time I got to know David more on a personal level. David made me feel so comfortable in my decision and he made it known that if I have any problems in the future I can give him a call and he will assist me with any vehicle needs. I will definitely be going back in the future when I wish to purchase another vehicle as well as highly reccommend Wilde Toyota and David to my friends and family. More

I went to the dealership not knowing what kind of vehicle I wanted to buy. I started talking to Dan and ended up buying a car from Zak. Both these guys know alot about not only Toyota's but other trucks o I wanted to buy. I started talking to Dan and ended up buying a car from Zak. Both these guys know alot about not only Toyota's but other trucks out there for comparisons. Zak was very patient with me and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. When I say patient I was at the store for about 8 hours and didn't end up closing the deal till after 9pm (there closing time) which means I didn't leave there lot with my new truck till after 10:30pm. At no time did any of the people there who now had to stay late (finance person, person who detailed my truck, and warranty person) ever show that they weren't happy to be there. I have already recommended this dealership to several people I talked to and will continue. Zak was even helpful when he wasn't actually working and took time to talk with me on his off time. This was the best buying experience I ever had! More

We just worked with Robbie to purchase a used Toyota RAV4. Robbie let us test drive several vehicles before we made our decision. We had the privilege of working with Christian Arroyo, a sales rep at Wilde Toyota. He greeted us right away and the first thing he noticed was that my husband's car desperately needed to be washed and off sales rep at Wilde Toyota. I liked him right away. We pretty much knew what we were looking for and he made no hesitations about getting the keys to the 2 cars we were interested in. We decided on a 2012 Toyota Camry and Christian was quick and efficient about getting the paperwork started right away. What I like most was his sincere and honest approach with the whole car buying experience. I also like the fact that he shared a little about his family and his background. He appears to have good strong family morals and brings those same principals to work. This is why I have given Christian Arroyo an overall rating of "Great". My husband and I never bought from a dealership and have always bought independently. I can honestly say I would not hesitate to buy from Wilde Toyota again and would request Christian as my sales rep. More
