I came into the dealership for an oil change a few weeks ago. It was a Saturday and the place was packed. I had to catch up on some work, so I was happy that I had a desk to set up my laptop and connect to ago. It was a Saturday and the place was packed. I had to catch up on some work, so I was happy that I had a desk to set up my laptop and connect to the internet. At one point I needed a break, so I went and spoke with Dawn to check and see if the car was done. She greeted me with a smile and a pleasant hello. Dawn quickly checked on the car, didn’t find the paperwork, and asked me to check back in a few minutes. I came back about 10 minutes later and she said they were a little backed up doing the oil changes but were running it through the car wash now, and that the service advisor would be in shortly. The service guy came in and reviewed the inspection paperwork with me. I paid the bill and Dawn walked me out to help me find my car, and thanked me for coming – as the driver was bringing my Camry around the corner. Thanks for the help Dawn. More

I found an awesome deal online for a used Toyota Camry within an hours drive from my house. It almost seemed to good to be true. I called to see if this vehicle was still in stock within ten min Tommy Hay within an hours drive from my house. It almost seemed to good to be true. I called to see if this vehicle was still in stock within ten min Tommy Haynes our new salesman was calling me back. He was able to hold the vehicle till the following day till my wife and I where able to make it in. We arrived the following day to find the car sitting right up front waiting for us within 3 min of arriving Tommy had us test driving the car. It was spot on as described in the ad they didn't hide a thing, I couldn't find a thing wrong with it. Tommy gave us a great trade in value and made the hole dreaded car buying experience a breeze. We where in and out driving our new used car everyone was super polite and Tommy made us feel welcome and didn't try to push anything we didn't want on us he listened to what we wanted.
