Clean and honest negotiations. Thom Provost (who sold us our 2020 Corolla) also helped Giuseppe close the sale the day we took delivery. In addition, I am giving this review 5 stars due to Ken, however I was not impressed with the overall process at Toyota. My car was 10 days late and then their systems shutdown. It would've been nice to have compensated for the inconvenience of this. My sales rep also didn't know much about the car I was buying and didn't give me much clarity throughout the process. More
