My experience with Wilde Toyota was absolutely horrible. I purchased a 2011 Toyota Tacoma from them. I had a 2001 Tacoma as a trade-in. They appraised it and my sales person Robbie Rouse came out to tell me I purchased a 2011 Toyota Tacoma from them. I had a 2001 Tacoma as a trade-in. They appraised it and my sales person Robbie Rouse came out to tell me they could only give me $4000 for my truck because the frame was rotted out and the truck was unsafe to drive. I asked him what they would do with the truck and he said there was no way they could sell it because of the frame so it would have to be auctioned off and would end up being shipped to a third world country. I foolishly believed him and instead of keeping the truck and selling it on my own as I had originally planned I let Wild take it as trade-in. I couldn't believe what I saw only a couple days later when my truck was list on their site for $11,000. I pretended to be someone else and gave Wild a call pretending to be an interested buyer. I enquired about the condition of the frame and was told it was in great shape. The other things I was told by Robbie were wrong with the vehicle were also fine all of a sudden. I then called the manager Randy Dunn to express my incredible anger at being flat out lied to by their salesperson. This is no way to treat a customer who spends almost $30K on a new vehicle. After several phone calls with Randy I was only offered a free oil change. I will never do business with Wilde again and would advise any other potential customers to avoid their deceptive, dishonest sales techniques as well. More
My wife and I were assited by Kevin Nelson. This is the 3rd vehicle we have purchased from Wilde Toyota....all from Kevin. He has always been helpful and great to deal with. He took the time to understand what I was looking for and never tried to pressure me into something else because there weren't a lot of models of the vehicle I wanted in stock at the time. Rather, Kevin found out when the dealership would be getting in some of the models that met what I was looking for and offered to call me as soon as they came in. True to his word, I heard from Kevin two days later, returned and found the vehicle that I ended up purchasing. Additionally, I received a trade in offer on my vehicle that I was very pleased with. Kevin made my entire experience a positive one. I never felt like I had to play "defense". I felt Kevin had my best interest in mind and that I got a great vehicle that will meet my needs without pushing my budget. I would, without reservation, recommend seeing Kevin Nelson at Wilde Toyota to anyone looking for a new vehicle who doesn't sold but fit with the right car. More

He gave us expert opinions on the cars we had under consideration, and also screened the inventory for vehicles that fit our desired prototype and that he judged were of of exceptionally good quality and value. He was easy to reach, even taking a call during his off hours, and he worked late on a Friday to finalize the deal. He has a great sense of humor, and I believe we made a solid, equitable deal on a very nice car. I hope he made a good sales commission! We will unquestionably be in touch with him on our next auto purchase. More
I was in a pinch to find a car fast. I took 2 days off of work to find a vehicle. Day #1 = not good. I was so upset after shopping my first day for my very first car; I had salemen trying to sell me car of work to find a vehicle. Day #1 = not good. Day #2 is when I met salesman Kevin Nelson. I could not be happier with my entire experience (maybe cookies would top it off). Kevin was so helpful and honest. I started looking at a car that was above my price range. He did not "deter" me from buying it but made sure I knew that it was going to be over my original limit. I'm glad he redirected me. I found the best car at a good price. He really helped turn my experience of my first car purchase around. Thank you Kevin. Come see Kevin :) More

The transaction was great, BUT: I left the dealership and started driving home, the low oil light came on. The Red triangle of death. I immediately stopped, had my wife bring me 2 qts of oil. Then I was able to drive it and get the last Qt needed at an auto parts store. I called used cars 2 times and spoke to managers. They seemed less than interested. In Robbies defense once he got the voice mail I left him, he called immediately and asked what he could do to help. I would have thought that sending a pre-owned ($22,000) car down the road 3 qts low on oil would have triggered an all-out surge of help from used cars---but it didn't. After talking to 2 managers about it, the ONLY one who followed up to check on me was Robbie...UNBELIEVABLE! I rated this dealer as recommend because the sales and finance folks were top notch. I would recommend dealing with Robbie if you are looking for a car. That said, if you do buy a car from Robbie--check the oil before you drive home. More
