Our family loves Toyotas, and Wilde is the best place to go. They have a fantastic inventory and are incredibly knowledgeable about their cars. I am upgrading from a 2007 Corolla, and the Rav4 I purchased has a plethora of features and technology I am unfamiliar with. Matt possesses a wealth of knowledge when it comes to cars, and was able to explain everything to me and answer any questions I had. He ensured I left the lot knowing how to properly use the car. He was friendly and kept me updated as I waited for the car to arrive at Wilde. In the finance department, I worked with Charles Clark. He streamlined the process flawlessly, and explained the different warranties and add-ons available; I never felt pressured. More

Avoid this dealership at all costs! they sold me a car that had a completely sludged engine that needed to be replaced and even though I brought it back 4 days after taking delivery because of oil and smoke pooling out of the tailpipe, they took over 4 months and every other day visits to to dealership to prove I wasn’t just going to go away, to finally honor the warranty and replace the engine. Then it took over two weeks to swap an engine. More

So i get the she said to ask for her so i did but only to get yelled at by the crotchety old broad behind the desk. She only does internet. So after getting yelled at by her she pages someone to help me. I expected that the vehicle would be pulled up and ready for me to drive. So i have to go through the whole thing again with this new guy. Never gave his name. So he says let me go check to see if we have it. So, he's asking me for my driver's license and if i have trade. I said let's see if you even have the car first since he seemed unsure. So, he comes back and says yeah, we don't have it. Why do you lie to people???? Why do you tell them you have something for sale, and you don't???? Why is it still listed online if it sold last Friday. How can you be so clueless about your job. How disrespectful to waste my time. They will never get my business with lies. Had a 9:00 AM appointment for service and arrived 10 minutes early. I sat outside in front of the garage door for 15 minutes not realizing since both service bays had one car just inside the door. Afte minutes early. I sat outside in front of the garage door for 15 minutes not realizing since both service bays had one car just inside the door. After going inside to see what the holdup was, I discovered that there were 2 open spots in front of each of these cars. Finally, a car was moved, and I was able to enter the service bay. Waited or a service writer for another 20 minutes while other vehicles came in, met with a service writer and had their cars moved into the que area with cars driving around me. I finally had to ask for a service writer to help me. It's now 9:30 AM. After an hour and a half, I went to the service writers' (who was talking to a fellow employee) to inquired as to what the diagnosis was. The two of them promptly walked away to show the service manager something funny on their phone. At that point I walked into the middle of the group (now totaling 4 people) and told the service writer I wanted my car back immediately and the service manager of my experience. I've had all service done on my 2013 Avalon by Wilde Toyota and always received and gave 5 stars. No more. More

"Jimmy G" was most accommodating and spent time with both me and my daughter, (who needed to drive the Prius home should I go to get a new Toyota?". The service was great, the communication was great, and the car is beautiful. Even the dog, Lakai, was treated very well, given water and affection!
