The dealer's website was very helpful in browsing used stock. I was able to quickly narrow down my search to specific models I was looking for. When I got there Rob Davis had the cars I wanted warmed up and ready to try, which was impressive, since the majority of their crew was out clearing the lot from a heavy snowfall that had happened the previous night. When I narrowed it down to a specific car, Rob had the Carfax info for me so I could see the history and when I decided to make a purchase Rob and the finance team were able to get me a loan at a rate lower than my own bank was offering me. All in all, it was a great experience and I would do business with Wilde again. More

I was intending on doing a quick test drive of a 2009 Toyota Matrix that was for sale. I was greeted at my car by Keslin, who assisted me in reviewing and test driving the car. Since it was a Saturday I thought I would put a down payment on the car and pick it up the following week. I was pleasantly surprised that Vicki could complete the registration and financing paperwork and have the car ready for me to drive home the same day. We had a great experience at Wilde Toyota working with Christian and John. From the start, we were treated like people rather than meat in a lion's den. Car shopping had never been something that we enj Christian and John. From the start, we were treated like people rather than meat in a lion's den. Car shopping had never been something that we enjoyed doing because it had always felt like we needed to be nasty with the sales people in order to get a fair price-all while defending the "why don't you buy this right now?" type questions. It was not like that at Wilde. Christian and John both seemed to be after what WE as the customers wanted. We were able to test drive vehicles and talk with each other about what we liked/didn't like without having a sales person breathing down our neck. When we returned from our test drive, Christian simply asked us, "What do you think?" Turns out, we did find something that we liked, but I feel like if we had said that we hated both vans, Christian wouldn't have attempted to pressure us into buying one of them (like some other sales people do at other dealers.) It was a pressure free situation and we felt as though we were working with straight-shooters truly interested in helping us find what we want/answer any questions we had. We will definitely return to Wilde when it comes time to buy another vehicle. Thanks! Matt and Amy More
