I came into the dealership on a very busy Saturday afternoon, March 9th. I was greeted by service advisor Jonathan Regalado within a few minutes, who greeted me with a smile and asked how could he hel afternoon, March 9th. I only came in for a burnt out headlight bulb and was told that it would be about 35 minutes, which I thought would be fine considering how busy it was. Much to my surprise, I was done in less than a half hour! The cashier that took care of me was Dawn Rosewitz. Like Jonathan, Dawn greeted me with a warm friendly smile, made sure I had all the correct paperwork, correct car, keys, etc, and even she showed me where my car had been parked. Dawn went above and beyond my expectations of a cashier, making a perfect ending to a quick and pleasant visit to the dealership. It was nice to see that Dawn was acting like she was stressed out from a busy afternoon, frowning, or not wanting to be at work. Dawn was very nice and seemed very happy to help! More

Robbie Rouse is a pressure salesmen. I had to go back a few times between the finance guy and him about the price because he pushed me to sign papers. He wouldnt work with me on the price at all. He also told me the grinding with the breaks was the ABS because the roads were wet when really is was "lot rot". The car was not detailed when I went to pick it up so I had to wait. Jamie Shay was great when I came there looking for a car. He was the first salesperson there to greet me, my mom and my aunt once we got out of the car. Hevwas very friendly and funny haha. He answered all my questions honestly and gave me his personal opinion. He made us feel like comfortable and welcoming. Once I had the car in mind he worked some magic so I can get a a car that someone else wanted in mind. After a night of waiting he called me back saying a got the car and of course I was HAPPY.
