Kevin Nelson went above and beyond my expectations! He had no problem allowing me to test drive multiple vehicles. He gave me good advice that ultimately lead to the purchase I made. Brad Walder was very helpful. He was in no way pressuring me or my family and I can tell he wants what is best for me and my family. In the ten years since my wife and I have been dealing with Brad he has sold us 3 used cars, leased one and purchased 2 new vehicles. The most recent vehicle was a 2013 RAV4 which was not on Wilde's lot and I received a very fair trade-in value for the 2007 used Lincoln. Buying vehicles or leasing has always been a great experience for me and my family. Brad in every case has found the exact vehicle we need without any regrets. My wife and I had a great experience at Wilde Toyota. We worked with Miguel Cruz and he was great. He is a young guy, but is very customer focused and easy to work with. We were able to get a great used car at a fair price. He was focused on what we were looking for and didn't try to sell us on something else. We told him about a few spots in the back seat and he personally took care of getting it cleaned to our standards. Of course they always need to clear the pricing with management and I thought John Ploeckelman was fair in his dealings. I would highly recommend working with Miguel if you are in the market for a used car. More
