Bad services. Worst experience ever!!! I'm dealing with Thomas J Worm. When I asked them about driving back home services they told me "that's fine as long as you are not in a New York City" so I dro with Thomas J Worm. When I asked them about driving back home services they told me "that's fine as long as you are not in a New York City" so I drove there and sold my car already. After selling my car, they told me that there's no way they'd drive me back that far to my house. Seriously??? What a worst experience. Never and ever use these service center. More

Worst experience here ever!!. First, I wanted to sell my car so I called him to ask whether they have a service to ride back home or not. He said" of course as long as you don't live in New York. It's fine car so I called him to ask whether they have a service to ride back home or not. He said" of course as long as you don't live in New York. It's fine." On Saturday, I give him a call to ask whether I could come today or not. He said it's OK.so I went there and he said I have to come on Monday. Second, on Monday, after I sold my car here and ask for a ride back, they told me that they don't have any services that would drive me home that far. I lived in whitewater which is 37 miles from this dealership. I'm so dissapoint with the word that comes from his mouth when he said it's fine? Seriously? . . . In the end,I have to call my friend to pick me up. Don't ever trust this dealership. More

I really enjoyed my buying experience with David. My mom and dad have worked for various car dealerships since I was a kid so I have spent a lot of time around sales men. He was cool and relaxed, asked me what I was looking for without making any suggestions on what I should get. He let me test drive all the cars I was interested in, gave his opinion in a constructive manner and was not pushy about financing. He was very respectful and I did not feel pressured to buy anything. He helped me find a car I absolutely love driving and feel very comfortable in. I would recommend him to anyone. More
