This is the third used car I have purchased from Wilde over the years and every time has been a good experience. I have never had to deal with a high pressure salesperson, their selection is one of the be over the years and every time has been a good experience. I have never had to deal with a high pressure salesperson, their selection is one of the best as are their prices. I was given exactly as much assistance through the whole process as I wanted, and given as much time as I wanted to look everything over and think things though. I test drove at least eight cars this last visit and Kevin Nelson was always patient and helpful. I did a lot of research prior to coming in and knew they had the best variety of cars from which to choose and lowest prices overall. The only thing I woud add as constructive critism is that MPG is very important these days with gas prices as they are, and it would be nice to know at least that much when comparing cars on the lot. Best would be to have a print out in each car on the lot that reflected the amount of information available on their website, not only including MPG, but what features each car had such as traction control, ABS, etc. The website was extremely easy to use and helpful, but once on the lot, I was glad I had written down a lot of that information because the cars did not have a lot of specific information with them and would require the salesperson to look each one up individually to find out this same information. Kevin was a very good salesman that I recommend highly. Mikhail Ageyev in financing was equally easy to work with and very helpful explaining all the financing and warrenty information, and what my options were at each steps. He helped make my deal even better by giving me a great deal on additional peace of mind options as well such as extended warrenty and maintainence plans. Both men were friendly, patient, helpful, and a pleasure with whom to work! Also, I had an important appointment for which I was running late by the time I made a decision to buy, and they were so great rushing my paperwork through at a busy time of the day-I really appeciated that! I presently have a car that I love, feel safe in, and can afford, and I couldn't be happier with the experience or the car. I truly hate buying cars but the people at Wilde always make it less stressful. Most other dealerships I dread getting out of my car as I see the high pressure salesmen closing in like I am a gazelle who just stumbled into a lion's den. I have bought several cars elsewhere with mix experiences, some being fine and others being the dreaded high pressure car sales game. But at Wilde I always KNOW I am going to be treated well without having to play any games to get a good value on a great car, and that's why I return time and again. We had a great experience test driving cars on a cold, quiet Tuesday night. Mike Jakubowski was extremely accommodating. He listened to our needs/wants before talking us into anything. He had all the car options based on our criteria lined up for us so that the night test driving went efficiently and smoothly. He was approachable and patient. (He opened the car door for me every time-what a gentleman). His genuine personality made it easy to trust his comments and suggestions about each vehicle. We recently purchased a used Toyota RAV4 through Wilde Toyota and experienced the true pleasure of working with Tom Worm as ours sales associate. I think I can speak for the majority of car buyers out there when we say that we went into the dealership with a real sense of dread and anxiety for the battle "we knew" we were going to have ahead. Rarely it seems, is the car buying experience one where you don't feel yourself on a some sort of war footing with the sales staff and the dealership. Definitely not so in this case. Tom made our whole car buying experience pleasant, professional and as pain free as that sort of process is ever going to be. We engaged in some brief healthy debate on the final selling price of our new RAV4, as well as the final trade in value for the vehicle we were trading in for our new purchase, but at no time did I feel we were being pressured, given the run around, or being unfairly treated. I felt that Tom treated us with respect throughout the entire process and worked with us to give us the best possible purchase price. Based on our entire car buying experience I would greatly recommend Tom Worm as well as Wilde Toyota to anyone looking to receive a fair and largely pain free car buying experience. I don't think I will ever reach a point where we genuinely look forward to purchasing a new vehicle, but this trip certainly impressed me and my wife quite favorably.
