We came in to drive a specific car, a Toyota matrix, which we saw online. We were in a certain price range and did not want to go over since we did not want to finance a vehicle. Kevin Nelson helped us which we saw online. We were in a certain price range and did not want to go over since we did not want to finance a vehicle. Kevin Nelson helped us from the beginning, and suggested a few different vehicle that were also in our price range for us to drive. We drove them but did not like them as much as the Matrix. Kevin worked for us to get us the deal that we needed to drive the car away. It took him a little bit of negotiating to get the deal done for us, but he made his bosses see that they needed to bend a little bit on the price. We are very happy with our purchase and appreciate the negotiations Kevin did for us to let us drive away in our new vehicle. We will definitely call Kevin again for our next car purchase. I MET ROB DAVIS IMMEDIATELY AFTER PARKING THE CAR. HE ASKED WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR AND SAT ME @ HIS DESK AND FELT VERY COMFORTABLE WITH ROB. I FELT HE WASN'T GOING TO GIVE ME A CAR THAT WOULD NOT FIT MY ASKED WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR AND SAT ME @ HIS DESK AND FELT VERY COMFORTABLE WITH ROB. I FELT HE WASN'T GOING TO GIVE ME A CAR THAT WOULD NOT FIT MY NEEDS. ON TOP OF THAT I FELT BECAUSE I WAS A WOMEN HE WAS NOT GOING TO PUSH ME OVER TRYING TO GET ME IN A CAR. WE DROVE A GOOD USED CAMRY AND I WENT HOME AND SLEPT ON IT. IN THE MEANTIME MY DAUGHTER LOOKED UP MORE CARS FROM THE DEALERSHIP AND FOUND A CAR THAT I REALLY LIKED AND IT MET ALL MY NEEDS, ROB LET ME TAKE IT FOR A TEST DRIVE AND TALKED TO ROB ABOUT DETAILS AND IN THE MEANTIME TALKED IT OVER WITH MY DAUGHTER. NEVER DID I PLAN ON TAKING A CAR HOME THAT DAY. ROB WORKED WITH ME AS TO WHAT MY NEEDS WERE. ROB HAS KEPT IN CONTACT TO BE SURE EVERYTHING IS GOING WELL WITH THE CAR. NEVER THOUGHT I WOULD LIKE A TOYOTA, BUT THE REPUTATION OF A TOYOTA IS SENSATIONAL. I WOULD RECOMMEND THE DEALERSHIP AND ROB ALSO. HE'S VERY DOWN TO EARTH AND ENJOYS AND LOVES HIS DAUGHTER VERY MUCH.AND ANYONE WHO IS DEDICATED TO HIS FAMILY IS A PLUS IN MY BOOK. SO GLAD I GOT TO MEET ROB AND THAT HE COULD SELL ME A VEHICLE. I went to the Toyota dealership looking for a certain car and happened to see another one instead. I walked in with no intension of buying a car. Miguel greeted us at the door and instantly gave great custom and happened to see another one instead. I walked in with no intension of buying a car. I took my car for a drive came back talked to him about a few things about the car and with no hesitation he talked with his manager and gave me what I asked for. I would definitely recommend him to other people that are looking for a car. I'm very happy with my purchase and would go back to him in the future. My mom already wants to go next. When I purchased my first car here, service was extremely slow. Most of the time the used car building was empty or close to it, and salespeople would have to be paged from all corners of the lot. But, once you would locate them, they were friendly and the price was good. I ended up totaling my car in an accident about two months after I purchased it. My insurance company paid almost the full total price I paid for the car, so I went back to Wilde knowing that the prices were good. What followed was probably the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Their salespeople were still difficult to track down, but I had become accustomed to that, so that's not the worst of it. I was interested in another Hyundai that I had seen online--a 2010 Elantra. When my salesperson, Miguel Cruz, went to get me the keys, he said he noticed a "sold" sign in the window. But it would be weird, he said, to leave it on the lot if it was sold, so he let me take it for a test drive while he figured out what was going on with the sale. When I returned, I was told that someone had been interested in the car, but their financing had fallen through. They have until the end of that evening to find financing. After that, the car would be available. So, they told me they could start me through the paperwork to get everything moving. That way, the next day, if this person's efforts failed, I could literally just sign and drive away. So, I go through all the paperwork. Give them a check for $100 down payment. It ended up being in the dealership right around 3 hours. The next day, I get a text from Miguel. He said that I now have to wait until 5 pm to get my car because of "financing". That sounded weird, (and I work 2nd shift, so that time couldn't work anyway) so I went in to talk to his manager. The manager then tells me the guy managed to get financing. And, oh, yeah. He had 14 days to do so. So they were going to make me wait an extra 2 days, since I couldn't come in at 5 like they wanted, just to tell me that the car I was looking at was unavailable. In the meantime, I have a $100 check sitting in their bank account, and I'm paying $30 per day for a rental car that I shouldn't need. Because of my work schedule, this added about 3 days to my car hunt; cost me about an extra $90 in rental car fees; and forced me to do a completely unnecessary credit check. There is no way I would ever recommend this dealership to anybody. More
