Matt Husting was our salesperson. My son Kyle and I went browsing for a used Toyota. After driving numerous used vehicles, we figured we'd test drive a new Rav 4. My experience was ok, I didn't understand about checks for downpayment, I had a check from my mom made out to wilde toyota thought that would be easier unfortunately it wasn't the right way. I was very upset I wish they would have told me it had to be a check with my name on it, this was the first time in probably 15 years that I had to put a down payment on a vehicle, now I know!!!!!! It didn't help that I had to wait over an hour to see a finance manager even tho I told Mike I'd pick up the car at 10am. then not get the car. When I picked up my car it was a good experience. I would buy another car from Mike. More
