When I was looking for a minivan I knew exactly what I wanted and did the usual online search for the lowest price. I called on a Friday to be sure the van was there and on Saturday we were able to agree on an "even better" price, after returning home I realized the van did not have floor mats- I thought that it did during the test drive so after a phone call the salesman was able to continue to make us happy customers and that is why we are definitely returning to Wilde for our next purchase and referring our friends to Jim Blake at Wilde Toyota. I was and was not looking for a vehicle. I would look online and test drive cars from different dealerships. I knew when I was seriously in the market for a vehicle I would look at Wilde Toyota and work online and test drive cars from different dealerships. I knew when I was seriously in the market for a vehicle I would look at Wilde Toyota and work with Kevin Nelson. My wife and I have previously purchased vehicles from Wilde and have only dealt with Kevin everytime. I had an idea of what kind of vehicle I wanted but was not seriously looking until I found a 06 toyota highlander on line. The SUV was what I was one of the vehicles that I was interested in. I contacted Kevin and infromed himthat I would come in for a test drive. When I got to the dealership Kevin informed me that the vehicle had an issue and was being serviced. He also said that the issue did not affect the drivabilty of the car. He was able to locate the key so the vehicle could be test driven. After getting permisson for me to test drive the vehicle I was able to take the vehicle and was satisfied and wanted it. The cars that I have purcahsed from Wilde have been good vehicles.
