I was looking for a specific car that I had found online. On the day I went for a test-drive, the keys for this car had got misplaced. There were some issues regarding cleaning, smell etc. -- but that was because the car had just come on the lot, and the dealership had not got to detailing it yet. Christian personally helped me so that the car was thoroughly cleaned. Most importantly, I always felt that Christian was on my side during the car-buying process (which as everyone knows can be a quite harrowing experience). I also interacted with Alicia who handled the paperwork, and she was extremely helpful too. More

I was so fortunate to work with Phil Lo at Wilde Toyota Scion in West Allis. He was friendly from the start, attentive to my needs and straightforward with me. From the moment I started working with him, my needs and concerns came first with no side agendas or pushy sales deals. He got me into several different cars of models I was looking at, was helpful in explaining the differences and benefits of each. When I finally decided on a car and put in an offer he was MORE than willing to work with me to meet in the middle for a price we could both be happy with. My father was on a time crunch as we were signing the deal and Phil did everything he could to get us in quickly and have us drive away with the car the same day. Phil made my first car buying experience the best it could have been and I would recommend him to anyone, especially my first time buyer friends. Thanks for great customer service! I will be back! I needed a car but was dreading the process. Rob was very patient with me. I had him explain the difference between models a couple times, I'm sure he thought I had the worst memory in the world. He walked me through the process and didn't pressure me to buy. He didn't even make fun of my 15 year old Saturn (which had happened to me at another dealer). Both he and Wilde Toyota have contacted me a couple times since my purchase to see if I had any issues or questions. The dealership even had a buyers meeting where they explained the website, etc , answered questions, and took us on a tour of the dealership and service areas. Matt was FANTASTIC!!! Have been telling everyone I know to look up Matt if they ever need a new vehicle. As for the dealership itself, parking was horrific from a customer standpoint. Had long wait times for staff in other departments to provide Sales & Purchase Agreement or paperwork involved with picking up your new vehicle. Other than that, very pleased. Every person we came in contact with was very professional and friendly. I think the processes you expect your employees to follow need to be reviewed. You could eliminate alot of wasted time for the customer if you streamlined your processes or empowered your sales staff more. Having to work with multiple people was difficult from a customer perspective. Just my personal opinion. More

I had a friend recommend Phil Lo, she had bought a Camry there earlier this Summer and said he did a great job. Phil was engaging and very attentive. He sat beside patiently while my husband and I went back and forth between prices, make and model, and year, of a vehicle to buy. He had plenty of advice at every turn. We had our preference narrowed down to the Rav 4, Highlander, and Pilot. Phil got us in each one of them and after a test run, and a glance at the Carfax, we were sold. John came out and explained the importance of being Toyota certified. He seemed to really know the ins and outs of trade-ins and financing. We ended up with a Highlander and after 2 days, could not be more pleased. We will definitely recommend Wilde in the future and hope that when our friends work with Phil, he will give them the VIP treatment we felt he gave us. More
