I informed Tracy that my time was limited, but I wanted to test drive, and if I liked it, I'd leave money down and purchase the vehicle. I did not need a sales pitch or anything. I already knew what I wanted. It was a matter of numbers working right. She relayed everything perfectly to the salesperson, Kevin. 2. Kevin listened. He had stuff ready, gave me what I needed, and quickly, I would say, we made a deal. Not really any "back and forth" talks or anything that wasted my time. My original number was close and he countered, and we called it a deal. I think Kevin and I never spoke for more than 30 minutes total. Quick, easy... talk about a guy that kept my concerns at the top of his list. I put 3k down and told him I'd pick it up 2 days later. 3. Closing was quick, my car and paperwork were ready when I got back to the dealership. I think I was in and out with my new car in 30 minutes. Things that went wrong: 1. Nothing to do with the employees I dealt with. 2. If I am paying for an 18k certified vehicle... go the extra 1/2 inch and put floor mats in the car. It such a trivial thing that really just eats at me that a person spends 18k with Toyota and the simple items are overlooked. Similar... fill the gas tank all the way. Again, such a small thing, but would go a long way. Another one, cleaning the car is great, but again, go the extra 1/2 inch to detail it. My car was cleaned and carpets shampoo'd, which is great. However, the kick panels had some goo from lord knows what on them and the dash/pillars/panels have dirt on them. Overall, I wanted a quick easy purchase on a great vehicle because my time is super important to me...and thats exactly what I got. The employees are wonderful. Put a process in place to get those last minor details in place to finish the experience. It leaves a somewhat salty taste after a great experience. I love the new car though and thanks! More

I stopped in last night to look at a car my son saw on th internet. The asking price did not seem realistic due to the very low mileage but it was exactly as advertised. We met Rob Davis who already had the car cleaned up and ready for a test drive. He went over all the features on the car to make sure we didn't miss a thing. When my son told him what his maximum payment amount could be Rob confidently said that he would come up with a way to make it happen. Rob navigated through the financing options, the trade in, the sales managers and delivered the price under that could be afforded. My son handed over the keys to his "baby" and drove away in the car he had been looking for. Great job by all at Wilde who helped in the sale, but especially to Rob who made it happen. More
