I don't know a lot of people who like car shopping and dealing with cheesy salesman, but I can honestly say that my husband and I did not have any of that. He really worked for us (right down to cleaning out the car, finding new car mats, and giving our son a balloon). Mikhail also helped us customize a satifactory warranty, GAP insurance, disability, and protection package within our budget. The only reason for the overall experience being a 4 is because my husband came into the dealership around noon and found the car we wanted. I went back at approximately 3:00 and had many conversations with Christian (all good) . Finally at 4:50 I asked if there was anything they could do to speed up the paperwork. We were not financing just writing out a check for the full amount. Needless to say the finance department was a little backed up. We finally left at 5:50. All in all Christian was a great sales person to have. More

I has first gone to another dealership down the street from Wilde and had the worst experience imaginable. When I walked on to the Toyota lot I was expecting something similar. David was very friendly and helpful. He actually answered all of my questions and was extremely knowledgeable. I never felt pushed into anything. David showed me all of my options, explained what differences I would see when deciding between cars. He helped me find the prefect car for me and I couldn't be happier! The finance team was great! Originally came to dealership after being told the used car we had seen online was available. Met David upon arrival, and unfortunately car had already been "sold" pending loan approval. David quickly recommended alternative options within our price range, and offered to follow-up in financing fell through for other customer. We received a call back from David that evening indicating the car was available, although he couldn't hold it for us, as another customer was interested in the same car. We returned first thing the following morning, immediately test drove it, took it to our mechanic for review, returned and purchased the vehicle. It was refreshing not to be pressured to purchase a car we weren't really looking for. I now continue to watch the website for a vehicle for my daughter and will use David if the right car because available for her as well. More

I found out about Wilde Toyota when looking at Toyota.com for a car and this site referred me to local dealers. I traveled there to look at a car I saw online. I had found out the disappointing news that the car I wanted to look at had been sold earlier in the day, but Jamie directed me to some other cars that I might be interested in. After showing us the features of the same car brand, he answered all of my questions, let us take a test drive, and actually found what I considered a better deal. He listened to what I was looking for and found the perfect car. I am very happy with the service I was provided and I love the car I bought. I would go back to Wilde Toyota for my next purchase.
