When I came in, I was referred to Jamie Shay in used sales. Jamie was great to work with. I had been shopping for mid-sized to large crossovers for over a month (at other dealerships), and Jamie was the first salesperson I encountered who knew more than I did about the car I was looking at. He knew the features, trim differences, and all the specs off the top of his head, and answered every question I had. I got a good, fair price on the Highlander and was in and out in a couple hours the next day with a new (to us) vehicle. Mikail was very nice and got us a good rate for our loan. All in all, a very good experience! More

Everyone hates dealing with the dreaded "car salesman"...but that was not the case at all with Kevin. He was ready for our test drive the minute we got there and was there to answer any questions we had throughout the whole process. We weren't pressured at all and he relieved a lot of the stress from the car buying experience. Purchasing my first Toyota I have owned Chevy trucks my entire life and thought my next purchase would be another Chevy. He went above and beyond to make sure every question I had was answered and every concern I had addressed. He then turned me over to Rob Davis who worked extremely hard to make sure the buying process was smooth and quick. If there is a better run dealership than Wilde Toyota I would be extremely surprised. The best way I can sum up my buying experience is that they made me feel like a family member they were looking out for. Everybody talks about customer service but many times you feel like it is forced. At Wilde they delivered on every promise and you could feel that the effort was genuine. Going to tell everybody I know about the outstanding experience I had at Wilde Toyota!!! More

Leonard was well informed and demonstrated all options, advantages/disadvantages of the vehicles...as well as financing options to help us stay on budget. He helped us narrow down our options to two vehicles. We test drove both and decided on a KIA. Leonard let us take the car for the night, which allowed my wife (the primary driver) a further test drive to and from work. Leonard is friendly and patient. We had our eye on a few other dealerships/brands/models, but after a lot of discussion we returned to Chris, and Wilde for our purchase. Thanks Chris. Since there is nowhere else to respond to this review website, I'll do it here. Most of what is part of step 4 (account information). If you have requirements for username and password (Username must be at least 4 characters long and/or contain letters and numbers only), state it before the create password boxes. And don't wipe out previously entered information (select a brand) when the password is rejected, etc. Very irritating. Now I've had to re-enter the brand for the 3rd time. More
