He was attentive to my needs and connected me with the vehicle I wanted. Even though it was later in the evening and near closing time, I didn't feel pressured by Tommy whatsoever AND got a great deal on a certified vehicle. Tommy was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and made the experience quite comfortable. They were flexible and came to the dealership from home to work with me at a time that fit with my schedule and were prompt about returning phone calls. When I asked to sit in several Camrys to find the “most comfortable” one for my back problems, Bill graciously complied and even started the cars with the AC running to cool them down for me and lowered all the seats to the position that made it easiest for me to get into the cars. I found the customer service at Wilde to be personalized, sincere, and would recommend this dealership and sales people without reservation. More

I went to Wilde Toyota in West Allis this past Saturday, which was over Labor Day weekend. Despite the fact it was a Holiday weekend and extremely busy, I was very pleased with the quality of service I reci which was over Labor Day weekend. Going into a dealership to purchase a car can be intimidating, especially for a girl by herself, but the moment I walked in I felt totally comfortable. I was greeted by such friendly receptionists, then spoke to Rex Holtz who was extremley helpful in walking me through the entire process, we discussed what I was interested in and then he introduced me to Rob Davis who then helped me to find the car that I bought and LOVE! Rob is GREAT....if you are thinking about buying a car go see him...Really!! Everybody knows buying a car takes some time ...maybe not the funest thing to do with your saturday afternoon, but these guys from beginning to end made my car buying expierence an enjoyable one!
